I admit that I've never been addicted to a drug. I did work with a guy in a bar in Germany, who had been to rehab twice to kick his cocaine habit and he's doing fine now. He also gave up drink and has been sober for nearly two years now.
Your question interested me on another level though. Should we be apathetic to the future? If we know what will happen, should we just sit back and relax - or would this action prevent the future from happening.
I think the future is written, but I don't think we should accept it just like that. We should live for the moment and if it's a happy destiny, who cares if it's prewritten!!

I would like to say that the cure for drug dependency is very near, nevertheless I can not. In order to treat a subject with this condition that person would have to be willing to undergo treatment. The use of buprenorphine or methodone is not enough. Those are simply substitute for the opiates the person was previously ingesting. To date we have very good programs that deal with this situation. There is NA, AA or specialty detoxification clinics that help individuals with diagnostics of polysubstance abuse, substance abuse or dual diagnoses such as personality disorders with a comorbidity of symptoms related to dependence.
There are currently centers where the individual can have detoxification treatments that consist of a three day prescription combined with full psycological counceling. But even all that would not be of any aid should the person not be willing to do it. There must be an earnest desire to accomplish the detox.
Until later becomes now.

Here is something that I would like to point out.
In the said pictorial content said as released from said John Titor, for a time traveler, he has already told way too much about where he has come from, plus what his mission might have been.
The videos, if released, would have severely compromised his mission, as well as safety.
In many ways, John was like a flawed Hollywood actor, who had too many problems and should have kept a lower profile.
There are also reports that Titor may have ended up, for a time in a bad reality, due to electromechanically problems.
These factors would have added veracity to the post on the old Art Bell BBS, showing a post from said John Titor.Ttitor was complaining that his displacement machine, had suffered probable damage from what is known as an event shell piercing quantum spike.
So this video, would have not been to John's said advantage, so John might be cooling his heels now, for undisclosed safety reasons?
There is also the striking similarity of dimensional traveler Steven and said Ardon Krep, who both carried similar hand held TD displacement units.
I feel that the Steven said living-room jump, was genuine.This is as there was a too well described post Maxwellian afterwave, from the process of Steven's said jump.
How are we to know, that said Krep and Steven are not one in the same?.....We don't.
I don't know about this info concerning the said Titor departing tape?
Maybe this tape was meant never to be released.
The spelling for Pamela Moore's last name, is Moore, not More.

Sorry, timetravel0, but the real John Titor knows precisely why the underscore is no longer available.
That was changed by Raul (MOP) before he left. He disabled the underscore for usernames in 2001.
Boomer's final sig was exactly the same as the one you are currenty using.
You probably should have done some more research before posting.

I never said I didn't know why it is not there. My current "sig" is nothing, so there are a lot of people who use this same sig.
Anyway's, today is my last day in this worldline. After tommorow, myself and charlie will have returned home.
EDIT: still having trouble's with the machine. I thought today would be my last day but the machine is still dead.
All I have to say is. This amazes me. The fact that I believe this to even a certain degree astounds me. Not that I have any sort of degree in anything to make what I say more than just an opinion. But I simply just have to give credit to the bastard who spun this tale, if it's fake. And if it is for real, I wish the best of luck to the two travelers

I don't think John would EVER have made the mistake spelling "anyways" or "tomorrow" incorrectly. I don't believe he would have have forgotten to capitalize "Charlie". Further, I don't believe he was prone to writing run-on sentences, as you did in the last line of your first post.

1. If you read many of my past post's, you'll realize that I am not an English teacher. I am here for one reason, and that reason is science.
2. I don't know how long you've been here, but in my post's I have said in the past that this forum is a meeting place for time traveler's in the future. When I saw a post from Charlie, I automatically knew what it was about. Yes, I have been around in this worldline longer then originally expected. Yes, I have had trouble's with my machine and I am having trouble's getting back to my worldline.
