Hmmm... this is a hoax. After looking at all of your replies, there's no way you're a time traveler, but I justify my conclusion here:

1. Israel, America or Both is/are definitely going to attack Iran. There is no doubt about that.

2. You didn't read even a little of the John Titor stuff??

3. Change my diet?? Manifest in your conscience? Not if I get physically punched by one of these folks and can feel it, that's very physical.

4. Totally possible here.

5. It's possible, but it sounds like you read a little too much into the John Titor stuff.

6. Nice, but it's not financial collapse until the news chick gets the script that says to tell us that it is.

I'm calling hoax.

This is consistent with, although not identical to, what Titor said. He said that the US gov't would use WMD against its own citizens in a "civil war" that would end in 2015, but I don't think he gave the exact date of that usage, or specified that they'd be nukes.

I have been following your thread at GLP. You had a lot of interesting things to say there. I have a lot of questions and I felt that they would be better asked here since GLP is mess.

I hope you return. Even though you may not be who you say you are I find your ideas intriguing.
 
Okay, my first question.

As Peter Novak pointed out. You mentioned a nuclear strikes against the American citizens by their government. Can you tell us one of the states that they nuke?

I am a little spooked. 369.994 answered a question that I haven´t asked. I have to be honest that I have been thinking about what he wrote but that could just be a coincidence. I mean, it is a commonly asked question, right? I haven´t even asked the question so therefor his answer to a question I never asked would not have happened in my timeline, or his.
 
GLP finally cleared CenturyTel so I can get back onto that forum. There was quite a bit of stuff posted by 369.994 when I looked it over last evening, but I can't find the thread today.

If I recall correctly, in one of the posts 369.994 made the statement that (and this is only a paraphrase): "Martial law will be declared in the United States and Canada in September, 2009 as the result of a 'staged' assassination."

Read between the lines. Who is important enough as an assassination target for this to happen? Only one, that I can think of. Add to this that this person has been the object of a large number of loosely made threats by a loosely knit group of insurrectionists that the Federal Government has already identified as the primary vector of domestic terrorism.

Frankly I can't see how the Government is going to let this sail past.

The above group is spoiling for a fight, and I'm afraid they are going to provoke one. The we will have martial law. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/frown.gif
 
Peter, your situation with the question that OP answered is very interesting. Look at it like this; maybe your timespan WAS synced up with the same one that he was on when answering 'your question'but, when you saw the answer to your question in your timespan it influenced and changed the same timespan before he was 'released' from it. hmmmm this is fun stuff

OP: What is the nature of this Social Experiment you are partaking in and are you the only time jumper?
 
I am curious as to exactly what you are doing to post here. How are you actually posting on this forum. Does it appear to you the way it appears to us?

Do you have acess to the entire conversation that unfolds over the next few months. Or Do you only have acess at a date realative to the last time you logged on (ex. November 12 2079 = August 24th 2009 and November 13th 2079 = August 25th 2009). How much of the internet do you have acess to? Do you have a small leway such as acessing a few days ahead. If so could you post something like the frontpage current events on wikipedia for next monday.

How much of "our" internet remains in your time and do you still have the internet or something similar. How is the early 21st century presented in your history books and how is Barack Obama rembered by your time. Also could you maybe prepare a political world map of your time.

When I ask a question though I would really like a detailed answer. Like for instance when I asked you what it felt like when you rode in an antigravity device. I was looking for more of an answer on what your experience was. How fast it would fly...what it actually felt like when you got on one.

Ok....Like I was expecting details like THIS for instance:

...I rode in a very small white one that looked like it was made of some kind of very hard plastic.
It made a very slight humming sound at first but then there didn't seem to be any sound at all.
When I stepped on board it kind of felt like getting in a boat on the water because it had to
stabilize my weight. The main control looked as if it was a stick shift. except one had to hardly touch it and it moved extremely fast. It was actually hard to control when one is not use to a small movement making a very fast move. It looked like it was made for one person...maybe two.
A personal transport vehicle. When you went it was like there was no resistance maybe thats why you could go so fast.

That is details! This tells one alot of information.

I got on and I guess he had left already. When I was on I heard someone say he had left and that the sound he was sending out came from startrek. One guy sounded close and the rest sounded far away. Too Bad it would have been nice to hear his voice. I didn't say anything I just listened ..they started talking about aquatic monkeys or something and I left. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.giflol
