Re: Welcome

I'm always skeptical of a "professional" (i.e., "doctor") who fails to list the names of the schools that he attended along the road to getting, in this case, a BA in "Biology & Chemistry", MS in "Counseling Psychology" and DDS - three completely different major fields of study with completely different prerequisites. With a brain like that you'd think that he's be shouting the names of the schools that he graduated from...

Or maybe he didn't graduate from quite that many programs and he doesn't want one to be able to run down the details and find out. It makes me wonder if any mail order degrees are involved.

We went through this with "Doctor" David Anderson, PhD. "Former Air Force Officer", vague CV, no schools listed, refused to talk about what schools he attended or when but he also ended up on Coast-2-Coast as an "expert" in the field of time travel.

Later, when he applied for a real job in the real world his CV made no mention of having a PhD or the fact that he was "the world's foremost expert in time travel." It boiled down to his being an upscale burglar alarm salesman IRL. No laboartory, no research institute. Just a house, a car, a wife (soon to be ex-wife) and a P.O Box.

To Skeptic:
People like you are those who starve when the change comes.

It is almost a cliche, but I see over and over again in the future, the dark city with empty streets, abandoned suburbs that resemble a ghost town after the gold runs out, and deserted villages filled with derelict houses with overgrown lawns. You will find out why, soooon.....

To Recall:
Yep, thats the ticket, I'm going to need a lot more power to punch a hole in the ether.

To Kanigo2:
Originally, he use mil spec 75K pots. I hope that my accuracy will improve with 10K pots.

To Rain:
The Titanic is sinking and you are saying "Seeeee, there are three lifeboats remaining, not two like you said, I am right and you are wrong." The problem is that I am on a lifeboat leaving the Titanic and you are still on board. GOODBYE!!!

I was actually under the understanding, that the pots and capacitor was a timing circuit to allow the tesla to resonate. But what ever floats your titanic.

Care to ILLUSTRATE?

Re: Wheat Rust!

I cannot even conceptualize how you get draw down into these trains of thought recall.

I am assuming it has something to do with just a study of interest.

Has studying any of these webbies ever reveled anything to you that you would like to share?

Have you ever received enlightenment? What do you do with enlightenment?

Are you combining extremely obtuse ideas together?

Could you explain your methodology to me?

I guess I am going to have to go back in your posts to find out.

Or does that just kill the fun?

Gas Prices...

Well,

Now that I am in Cortez, CO I must say I am just a bit lucky... it co$t a decent amount of money in ga$ just to drive up here... but this is apparantly one of the few places in the country where regular unleaded is still hovering just under $4/gallon... I paid $3.97/gal to fill up this morning! I feel like I have traveled in time back to..... a month or two ago!?!?!? :D

:D. Yeah, all downhill until I cross the Colorado River at Needles. Then it is uphill again until I get thru Cajon Pass into the Smog Valley!
It is beautiful up here right now and the McPhee Reservoir is at its peak water level. Gonna have to scrape together a few bucks to rent a jetski one of these days... can't be ALL about work!!

Here is a photo of these parts to enjoy...

Re: Gas Prices...

I get to spots like that and all I see is red quartz-- put a pan in that water.

Quartz and red(iron) make GOLD.

Granite looks a little fresher than I would like to see though..

Chili dawg ---hehehe

Dolores County Colorado

Edit:

Practically all of the 104,500 ounces of gold produced in Delores County came as a by product from lead, silver and zinc mines, so it is not an important county for the recreational prospector. Although one may be able to find some placer in the headwaters of the Dolores River, south of Rico.

this is the stuff you would be looking for:'

There is a Giant chunk of it sitting middle picture(little to the right) bottom , propped up on a piece of red quartz.

Your dog is eyeing my gold.. lol

Ray,

It seems that both of us were able to get away for a few days over the past two weeks.

I was in Shastina for my niece's wedding. I took this photo of Mt. Shasta about two hours before the dry lightning show started last weekend.

Uh, no, Titorite, I haven't been lurking. There really is an IRL world out there.

Re: Gas Prices...

And as long as we're posting photos I recall recently that someone suggested that I don't exist because I didn't have a photo of me. So here I am...

I did say that I'm a bit of a country boy somewhere along the line, didn't I.
