An iceberg? Ah yes.. I remember when my T.A.R.D.I S. I've got stuck at the bottom of the Atlantic ocean I think the year was 2021. I lost it there somewhere around the polor ice caps. About the time I met Avatar Aang. The boy in the ice Berg. I believe he called himself The Last Airbender or something like that..

Now I just need to find my "totally awesomely radically different in science". Or TARDIS for short LOL ? maybe I'll take Aang with me in it.

 
The suggestive nature of my name doesn't detract from the fact the human race due to a number of catastrophes has been pushed to the brink of extinction.

One of those catastrophes is fertility problems amongst the very few males left.

We have attempted to make changes to the timeline but to no avail due to the way time travel works. Some things are meant to be.

We could just take samples but what is needed is males to be father's.

Once tested, (sensors embedded within my mouth to analyze extracted semen) the opportunity to travel to the future to father children in polygamy relationships will be offered, if no hereditary inferiority is detected or disease.

I will be traveling from Japan, to Paris, to the UK and finally New York looking for suitable candidates.

Curious phenomena with those with the ability to time travel is how they steadily become indifferent to the death of others.

Because a time traveller can ultimately always travel back to a time that allows them to carry on seeing the ones they, love, respect or admire.

There may be a strong sense of anger or unjust in the way they died.

But bereavement stops having the profound sense of loss or grief experienced by non time tavellers.

The only death the seems to have any meaning to them is their own.

Yea, the grief feelings will gradually erode from their minds. Just like us when we experience something 10 times or more, even though it had a big impact or brought a surprise at first, it will become a "normal" thing over time.

It's understandable, if they die, they can not redo that time anymore, and can not continue to strive toward their aim. They must have a strong reason to "ultimately always travel back to a time", don't they?

Also, what you wrote seems like the story of a particular anime...

I'm not a big fan of anime, this is based on my observations and analysis of alleged time travelers that I've come in contact with over the years.

Ok wowwwww this made me laugh. Ol' Callum went from "Warmest of regards" in the first post of the thread to being quite the charmer here. I won't take it as a personal attack on ccqt but as a general attack on the insignificance of most of us poor slobs in the human race ?Surely Callum's significance will be shown for what it is. #KingCallum
