Wait, he DID register. That's what I get for replying first thing in the morning. I will get your PM abilities turned on shortly. There's an auto-upgrade that happens after 25 posts and a week of membership that gives you those abilities, but it's more to prevent spam and harassment.

So it would not surprise me if there was a band called ill-willie HERE. I'm enjoying something apparently called a pizza at a restaurant called Domino's. I wonder what other wonders await me on my short say here. Any idea what the black fizzy sweet drink is called?

I'm not sure what's happening in this thread. I'm going to close this one, but if you want to PM with each other you both have that ability. @Hugo B if you want your account removed send me a PM.
 
I'm starting to get the picture.

Sock puppets are fine, but you should really be more carful about what VPN connection you're using for which accounts. I don't care how many accounts you make or what kind of claim you're making as long as it is interesting. Where that ends is when things descend into absurdity or I have to start looking into accounts behaving strangely or asking to be banned. Or threads that don't follow a train of thought and I have to sift through it all to determine if its appropriate for this section.

3 users in this thread share the same IP, along with the IPs of at least two other users who have not posted in here. Seems like a lot of effort for pretty much zero return. If you're going to hop accounts and IPs like that, at least make it entertaining for the rest of us. I am also removing the manual account upgrades for PM access. You may earn that the usual way, and no further "early upgrades" will be provided.

The claims section is here to let people share or create a story and see how far it can go, with the fractional chance that it be more than it appears. The fog of "roleplay" is a buffer for those who may be telling the truth. If you'd rather talk to yourself, use the Creative Spark section and write a short story.

Is that 3D printed DeLorean going to be like the wooden one that was once built. Wooden wheels, wooden engine, wooden doors, wooden steering wheel and wouldn't go.

Or is it going to be a roadworthy one and actually moves?

 
Thanks for thinking of us! Right now, I am not accepting any paid ad placements on TTI. Maybe in the future when I've filled some of the content out more and I feel like it can be justified. Right now I'm focusing on direct support through things like Patreon (coming soon, getting sick delayed things a couple days).
 
This will be a 1:8 scale model meant to be admired and sat on a shelf or desk. The steering will work, the wheels will turn and the doors will open. I may get some headlights and interior lighting going too, just gotta wait for Josef Prusa to mail me my kit ;)
