This guy, chronohisorian is exactly who he says he is, a time travel, who has apparently been filled with a job to come here and study the past.
The other part of him, is embued with the Devil and that's about the size of it.
Some areas Chrono is good at but others, well part of his neural synapse is effect from overtorture, so in our time, we would say that his eggs are baked.(Sorry Chrono, this is not personal.)
On the Higgs Boson, in this era this particle was never of consequence, as this particle was used to create items, but was not in the process of how matter is created, with reference to utility.
The Devil figures differently in the past, as in some references to witchcraft, the Devil is accounted for as being there, but not necessarily as a controlling attage.
In the time that this future being is visiting there are what is known as God offices here on Earth, however remember that mankind was a product between the cleft of Satan and God, however to an extreme degree, neither was suppose to win, so mankind always ended up in the middle of two influences.

As far as I know, reptoids and mankind as made crossbreeds, which had some of the advantages of both, but the more parochial aspects of the Lizarian community, might not have adopted the human reptoids hybrids, who would have had more humanity over just a standard liz.
There is a wall known as the Great Barrrier of which no human can go beyond, due to the heat and radiation factors, which separates this part of the galaxy from ours.
This is a great ring and only certain types of beings can go through it, in order to reach certain parts of the inner-galaxy.
Black holes work as both energy destructors and energy recyclers and creators in any galaxy.
The giant black hole at the center of this galaxy as well as just about any black hole does pretty much the same.
The difference between the Devil in Chronos'es time and our own, is that the Devil was always more or less relegated to the background and understood as a unity factor.
In his time, it is the main thing.
There are other timelines to account for, I don't know what the content of these other timelines are, other than what Steven Gibbs has said about there being positive, negative and medium timelines within the future.
