Re: THE Big Question

Here is your detailed answer.
And yes, I suppose there is proof that the fungus is between ears!
It used to be called - gray matter, but then some people thought they could lie. The resulting muss in the brain changed into fungus at that point with all the cross-wiring going on.
:D

That is why I guess there are other websites on the Internet stating what they state! (all of them religious websites also, I suppose?)

Here is one now:
http://www.catholic-forum.com/saints/define95.htm

From your WIKI link: "The 'high varient' from the same source gives the world population between 10 and 11 billion by 2050."

But lets not argue semantics, shall we? The point is not in the actual number.

Clearly, you speak out of your proverbial a$$ in your assumptions of me. I believe you were privy to the holocaust thread on cc.net in which myself and the Judge were outraged at the fact that people would argue numbers on how many jews were killed, when the point is that ANY were.

So as far as your assertion that I'm a "bad person" because I "don't care" if billions were wiped off the Earth-not only is that a red herring but ridiculous. You see, I DONT BELIEVE IN ZESHUA. Therefore, I don't believe that billions of people would be wiped off the face of the Earth. Certainly if I did, I'd be horrified and appauled and would want to prevent it. So, don't make supposition about my character. The question wasn't a moral one. The question was, why are you obssessed about something that you clearly COULDN'T stop, even if Zeshua were real?

And the philosophical question still stands. Who are you to play God and determine WHAT would be best for the planet? Certainly the idea of 28- 50% of the world population going is horrific. Unless you look at it from the perspective that there are many horrible, evil people in the world (apparently, I am one in your opinion) so maybe a loss like that would bring humanity back to humanity. Maybe something THAT SEVERE had to happen.

Tell me-do you think John Titor evil when he said he wouldn't stop the war, as he feels that we needed it?

Zeshua said "billions". Plural. You don't think it would be wrong to wipe out two billion out of 13? That's 15% of the world population, far far less than Hitler and Stalin accomplished together.

As I've said before, Zeshua is a bore so I rarely post on the thread. We know when Zeshua will next post. It will be 22-FEB-2009.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

But, really Peter. The converse of your assertion "That's 15% of the world population, far far less than Hitler and Stalin accomplished together" is Hitler and Stalin, together, killed far, far more than 15% of the world's population.

I don't know precisely what you mean here but at a minumum Hitler and Stalin would have to have killed far, far more than 300,000,000 people (300 million is approx. 15% of the world population circa 1935-1939 which was just short of 2 billion when Germany invaded Poland). I agree that they were butchering murderers but, thank God, they didn't kill anything close to 300 million let alone some number far in excess of 300 million.

Total military and civilian deaths in all theatres of operation during WWII was about 70 million. That number includes Nazi purges of civilians including Jews. That's a bit more than 3.6% of the world population during the era.

Stalin, during hie entire reign as General Secretary of the USSR, purged another 10-30 million during his various pogroms. Together they killed about 80-100 million...1/4 to 1/3 the number that you would have Risata believe was far, far exceeded by them.

And I have to add that the 70 million total WWII deaths aren't all at the hands of Hitler and Stalin. Imperial Japan killed 20 million Chinese - and that number is included in the 70 million. I kept the number in the figures because I assumed that you meant the Axis in general (Hitler, Mussolini & Hirohito) relative to WWII and Stalin relative to his reign in the USSR.

Ok, Zeshua posted this about a year and a half ago, and in that time five of the items on the list have already come true (items 3,5,8,9, and 12). We've got predictions of earthquakes and a MidEast War, which are self-explanatory enough, but items 2,6,11, and 13 are rather vague and/or mysterious.

Item #2 FULFILLED JULY 2008! SHARIA LAW IN BRITAIN!

On July 2, 2008, Britain's most senior judge gave his blessing to the use of sharia law to resolve disputes among Muslims. See http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1031611/Sharia-law-SHOULD-used-Britain-says-UKs-judge.html

Sharia law SHOULD be used in Britain, says UK's top judge

By Steve Doughty
Last updated at 12:05 PM on 04th July 2008

The Lord Chief Justice's endorsement of Sharia law has already created huge controversy. The most senior judge in England yesterday gave his blessing to the use of sharia law to resolve disputes among Muslims. Lord Chief Justice Lord Phillips said that Islamic legal principles could be employed to deal with family and marital arguments and to regulate finance. He declared: 'Those entering into a contractual agreement can agree that the agreement shall be governed by a law other than English law.' In his speech at an East London mosque, Lord Phillips signalled approval of sharia principles as long as punishments - and divorce rulings - complied with the law of the land. But his remarks, which back the informal sharia courts operated by numerous mosques, provoked a barrage of criticism. Lawyers warned that family and marital disputes settled by sharia could disadvantage women or the vulnerable. Tories said that legal equality must be respected and that rulings incompatible with English law should never be enforceable. Lord Phillips spoke five months after Archbishop of Canterbury Dr Rowan Williams suggested Islamic law could govern marital law, financial transactions and arbitration in disputes. The Lord Chief Justice said yesterday of the Archbishop's views: 'It was not very radical to advocate embracing sharia law in the context of family disputes'. He added there is 'widespread misunderstanding as to the nature of sharia law'. Lord Phillips said: 'Those who are in dispute are free to subject it to mediation or to agree that it shall be resolved by a chosen arbitrator. There is no reason why principles of sharia law or any other religious code should not be the basis for mediation or other forms of dispute resolution.' Lord Phillips said that any sanctions must be 'drawn from the laws of England and Wales'. Severe physical punishment - he mentioned stoning, flogging or amputating hands - is 'out of the question' in Britain, he added.Lord Phillips' speech brought protests from lawyers who fear women could be disadvantaged in supposedly voluntary sharia deals. Barrister and human rights specialist John Cooper said: 'There should be one law by which everyone is held to account. 'Well-crafted laws in this country, drawn up to protect both parties including the weak and vulnerable party in matrimonial break-ups, could be compromised.' Resolution, the organisation of family law solicitors, said people should govern their lives in accordance with religious principles 'provided that those beliefs and traditions do not contradict the fundamental principle of equality on which Britain's laws are based.' Spokesman Teresa Richardson said religious law 'must be used to find solutions which are consistent with the basic principles of family law in this country and people must always have redress to the civil courts where they so choose.'

Here we go again...do you ever give up, Peter?

Item #2 FULFILLED JULY 2008! SHARIA LAW IN BRITAIN!

But wait a second! You have ALREADY claimed that this one was fulfilled, by a bunch of hoodlums claiming they were going to impose Sharia Law in Somalia! Don't you remember? I can go find your post where you were saying this if you like! So which one is it? Or did Zeshua already tell you the answer "in private emails"? /ttiforum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Honestly, Peter, do you REALLY think it is valid to try and make vague "predictions" like this fit anything that comes along? Because that is exactly what you are doing. And it sickens me that you would stoop this low to draw attention to yourself and try to sell a few more books.

Ray,

Zeshua posted this on 6/25. The original seems to be from someone named Ramzy Baroud, a veteran journalist and a human rights advocate at a London-based NGO; he is the editor of PalestineChronicle.com; his website is RamzyBaroud.net and can be contacted at [email protected]. He posted this two days earlier at "Middle East Online".

Ok, Zeshua posted this about a year and a half ago, and in that time five of the items on the list have already come true (items 3,5,8,9, and 12). Some might argue that 8 hasn't happened yet, but Iran has claimed to make great progress, and more importantly, no one has made them stop their research.

Anyway, I'm now wondering which will come next. We've got predictions of earthquakes and a MidEast War, which are self-explanatory enough, but items 2,6,11, and 13 are rather vague and/or mysterious.

...snip...
[emphasis added]

Now Item #2 is suddenly "vague and/or mysterious".

So it's not good enough for Peter to have the author point out her own explanation that Item #2 is fulfilled. Maybe Zeshua needs to rethink the issue of who she wants to shill fo her.

Hi Darby,

You would fit right in with your Cowboy hat around the city of Cortez and the town of Dolores, CO where I am building! Perhaps someday we will meet IRL... c'mon down to Rainman Ranch (no kidding, that is what I am calling it!) :D

Now Item #2 is suddenly "vague and/or mysterious".

Heh. Not only that, but one must wonder just how MANY different events Peter will try to "make fit" to this non-specific "prediction"! Just how many times does it need to be "proven" that the "prediction" was "fulfilled", Peter? (I don't expect a direct answer, but the question had to be asked for the sake of posterity!)

I understand that Zeshua did make some vague predictions, but then again so did Muhammed Magandi(however you spell his name). And people consider him a great prophet. But his prohecies are so vague that they can fit into anything that is happening or that will happen. I understand that Zeshua is doing the same thing, and that it might seem rather simple, but why dont you guys make some "vague" predictions yourself, and see if you can make them fit a year or so from now...if so, then I will be glad to call this a case closed, if not, then I dont know what we can do...so, impress me.

Yes, Zeshua pointed out one story where Sharia Law was knocking on our doorstep, and I pointed out another. My guess is, there will be more still. Her prediction was simply “Sharia Law”. I don’t think it has been completely fulfilled yet, although we do seem to be seeing the beginnings. My interpretation of her prediction is that we will be seeing Sharia Law come to new lands, places where it had not been in effect before. We have not seen that occur yet, although we have seen authorities in various places recommend it, as pointed out here. When it does actually occur, I’m sure that development will be duly noted here as well.

And it sickens me that you would stoop this low to draw attention to yourself and try to sell a few more books.

You really are as dumb as a bag of grass clippings, aren’t you?

I spent twenty years researching, writing, and giving talks around the world about three books on religion and the afterlife, and somehow you think that my interest in this time traveler tale is a promotional campaign for those books? What possible connection do you see between them? What sort of a moron would feel inspired to buy books on religion and the afterlife because of a TT claim on the internet? Who reads about quantum physics and altervues and timeline changes and is struck by a sudden urge to study ancient Egyptian theology?

Nitwit.

Peter posted today:

He doesn't think that it has been completely fulfilled yet? That's a pretty limp weenie response considering what he posted on 7/5/2008 right here on this page:

Item #2 FULFILLED JULY 2008! SHARIA LAW IN BRITAIN!

Bold typeface, all caps and not one, but two exclamation points.

Sounds pretty definite to me. And if he wasn't quite sold on all of it why didn't he just say so rather than assuming that someone like Ray wouldn't remember that he'd already called the prediction a "hit" and that someone like me wouldn't check the past posts? Its not as if we don't have a track record on the subject of verification.

The currently expressed "doubt" sounds a bit self serving considering that he provided the counter points in his own posts.

It helps one if one actually tries to remember what one has already posted.

And I'm still not so sure that Zeshua isn't Peter's sister previously known online as SisNovak. No real evidence - just a guess.

"You really are as dumb as a bag of grass clippings, aren’t you?"

thats coming from a guy who believes in a "nitwit" time traveler that surfs the net. /sigh...

Hmmm...

What possible connection do you see between them? What sort of a moron would feel inspired to buy books on religion and the afterlife because of a TT claim on the internet?

...maybe the same sort of person (I won't use the term "moron" as you did) that, if it comes to pass, would pay $390 for the John Titor book that is now being sold as a "collectible"; pay $375 to $500 for a "time machine" made from a few resisters, capacitors, a coil made from coiled telephone cable, a Radio Shack box, a "witless" plate, white light, some dials and call it an HDR; or who would reveal to an Internet phisher their bank account number and pin code?

People do the strangest things and there's always someone out there who is more than willing to help a victim find the Tiger Cage and assist them in stepping into the hole - just to make a buck.

I'm not suggesting that anyone who would pay to hear you speak or buy your books is a moron or that you're a grifter. But you asked a pretty silly question considering that we're posting on a time travel/alt-sci website.

The modern alt-sci craze was started in 1966-67 by Erick Von Daniken with the release of his first book, "Chariots of the Gods". Where did the pyramid cult silliness come from? Directly from that book. He wrote his second book, "Return of the Gods", shortly thereafter while he was in prison in "Swiss" (The Kid's name for Switzerland) where he was serving a three+ year term for fraud, embezzlement and income tax evasion. And a certain segment of the population just ate it all up and willingly turned their dough over to a convicted felon thus making him a millionaire.

Coming from someone who "interprets" as loosly as you do, I will wear the "nitwit" moniker as a badge of honor.
And as to why I might think there is a connection... It could possibly be that I was in communication with someone who was also in communication with you back in the early days of your Zeshua infatuation. This person related thoughts you had shared with them where you indicated (paraphrased) "It is a rough and competetive world out there promoting books and getting people to buy them. Sometimes you do what you have to in order to get attention." Again, that is a paraphrase... I do not recall the exact words. But the fact that these kinds of thoughts were attributed to you is what piqued my interest. Beyond that, the mere enthusiasm with which you try to get people to "believe Zeshua" is suspicious in and of itself. Even Pamela does not rise to your level in trying to get people to buy-into the Titor story.

I've got a lot of "face cards" like this safely stored away in my "back pocket". It is amazing how they come in handy when you least expect it! /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Even Pamela does not rise to your level in trying to get people to buy-into the Titor story.

Why would I care if people believe John's story or not? What people think or believe about it really plays no part in my own personal belief or non-belief about it. I am not profiting from anyones belief nor do I suffer from anyone's non-belief.
People can make up their own minds. It all happened so long ago I can't believe there is still such an issue about it. Everything would already be finished/changed/over with now anyway.

People are still stating wrong facts about John and twisting things he has said. Why does it bother people so much that they still talk about him after 8 years?? Why does it bother anyone if
someone would believe John may be the real thing? or this Zeshua?

For me its like ....whatever...I have better things to do. I told my part in it everything else
simply seems to be a rehash over and over and over and ends in some kind of personal attack.
Thats a waste of my time.

Gasoline is almost $4.00 a gallon, an almost inconceivable price by 2005 standards, but in 2005 Zeshua predicted we would see such numbers soon, and even predicted $5.00 gasoline.

I can't find where she predicted that. It must not have been here at TTI, but instead over at the now-defunct TTF. In any case, we have now hit the $5 per gallon threshold, as shown at
http://news.yahoo.com/nphotos/Oil-Industry-High-gas-prices-posted-Shell-gas-station-San-Mateo-Calif/ss/events/bs/040104opec/s:/ap/20080711/ap_on_bi_ge/oil_prices#photoViewer=/080624/photos_bs_afp/fcd7876019c3f07d5c2c9c1676e3e064

When she made this prediction, gas was just about $2.00 per gallon, as shown at

Re: Crude Oil into Exhaustion Mode

The oil market is generating the first monthly upside exhaustion readings since 1979 and the first weekly exhaustion readings since the invasion of Kuwait in August of 1990. We have been watching for a seasonal correction and these overbought readings should be enough to provide vulnerability. The daily charts suggest that support should be found around the 34-day Bollinger Band (currently $122.50) and more importantly around the 50-week moving average (currently $103). [/COLOR]

Re: Life After the Oil Crash

Civilization as we know it is coming to an end soon. This is not the wacky proclamation of a doomsday cult, apocalypse bible prophecy sect, or conspiracy theory society. Rather, it is the scientific conclusion of the best paid, most widely-respected geologists, physicists, bankers, and investors in the world. These are rational, professional, conservative individuals who are absolutely terrified by a phenomenon known as global "Peak Oil."

Three Tips for Hacking Reality

If reality is truly made up of highly compressed information and/or is holographic in nature then we should be able to hack our physical world just like a large computer system.

"The Reality Hacker" site is taking all the cool new theoretical spiritual/scientific blends out of the seemingly endless discussion stage and getting down to some serious quantum action. "We have already had some wild results and a few really weird accidents with the more complex things we are working with."
