The Gospels are NOT historical documents, they are the mythical work of anonymous authors. Why is there no contemporary Roman record of 500 people seeing Jesus' alleged resurrection? Or the earthquakes and adverse weather that occurred? They tended to be sticklers for beuracracy so may have possibly commented on something of that nature.

Just because you say it is so, doesn't make it so.
The Gospels ARE historic documents and they are not written by anonymous authors. The introduction of the Gospel of Luke makes this clear to see:

He investigated it, from eyewitnesses, and he studied the accounts that others have written. Sounds like the exact same methods that historians use today.

This confirms that Christ was the founder of a religious movement in Judea, that He lived in the reign of the Emperor Tiberius and that He was executed under the directions of Pilate.

He is also shacked up with a Lizard Woman as his wife and they already have a Homo Reptilian Child. He time-mailed me from the future to let me know she's got another batch of eggs in the oven as well. Why couldn't he have just kept to onanism with a 3D Britney Spears?

A collection of purple robes with bits of dead Skaaran stuck to them are yours for the taking. You know, for a brief moment last night I thought Warrior381 was concerned that I was challenging the fiction that is Christianity. "Do I know Jesus" and all of that -sadly I was mistaken - in fact his concern is 'what my time machine is like' - I should've known.

The time travel equipment I use (wrist mounted time teleporter) is a refined version of the one built by Professor Huxtable Yaffle at the University Of Colorado shortly after the Civil War (in Luxembourg). Yes time travel does exist in your present time and there are various generators hidden around the globe, you'll find that one of them spectacularly exploded in Tunguska around 1908.
