I think it is actually more easily possible to travel backwards then forward in time ....it is most likely impossible to actually travel forward unless you freeze yourself in time and wait for normal time of the world around to thick for couple of years of your choice...

the problem with changing the past is that the future will also be changed in some or many details. a classic question asked is that if you could go back in time, what would you do? some would say kill hitler, but this would mean that rocket and aircraft advancements would likely have not developed the way they did. the things of the past create the future and for this reason, i don't believe changing the past is right. (but i would like to see the past

(sorry for acting like a noob but what is a "physical representation of the universal resolving a temporal paradox" )The only representation would come back to initial observer of the events causally connected to the paradox. You as the observer the definition of the observer, the individuals that were not part of the time travel field, wheter through a compact manifold or a singular distortion and who relative postion from the event allows observation, as an example in the Philadelphia Experiment and the crew of the Eldridge there were account in which there was physical interaction of the Z naught intermediation field ( the Smog) the observers postion would allow him to have a temporal records of events outside that were change by the causal dynamics inside the field. This is turn with generates a paradox in which certain crew members that were manifested on the active duty roster, before the experiment, would be unknown after, their families would have no knowledge of their existence, the branch military that they signed up with would not have any records regardiing them, so and so forth, but for the observer who may have had a chance to interact with them before the experiment and due to the close proximity of the observer to the temporal paradox, would have knowledge of those individuals. I have look everywhere and to this date cannot locat a crew manifest from that date, maybe you can help? The progress of time in space time once incurred, exhibits Mach principle with and inverse degree of severity farther away from the incursion, I hope this helpssure ill take a look

You have a valid point, Implicit to the discuss there would be no proof of the Philadelphia Experiment did not happen, but the are Naval documents showing that there was a Project Invisibility, which was the experiment. I it is also well know that the letters from Carlos Allende provided details regarding an experiment for a working model of the Unified Field Theory, as a "urban legend" so to speak it provided to many technical aspect to be completely discounted!!, the use of the log periodic antenna, pulsing schemes to the coils, decoupled regenerative feedback, observed effects, and last the untimely death of Mr Allende. I personally would lend credibility to this event based on elements that I know as a hardcore experimenter on the subject of time travel to be factual.
Ron Mallett, would be one that would come to mind and I getting the feeling that you don't actually have any data available to contest that validity of your arguement, I seems easy enough to play "devil's advocate" regarding this discuss and contest any example the I provide to you, but I would like to asked, have you design an experiment to disprove any of this, do have project notebooks that you would be able to submit to the US patents office, in just in case you make a major breakthrough, do you possibly work in field in which you have actual working knowledge that would disprove any elements of this discussion
I appreciate your candor and honesty and it is healthy to question ideas, that how theories and eventually facts are formed, but as a word of advise, If you truly have a passion for time travel and the the practicality of the theory of time travel you would do this site justice by taking time to study on some of the theories that are available free of charge on the WWW. I would like to let you know I have 2 degrees in electrical engineering and have been a avid experimenter since 1992.
