I have a vague concept...
WORKING TITLE: The Skater or The California Kid...
THE PREMISE:
A local learns to skateboard... He always felt he some sort of "California Kid" trapped on the wrong coast for unknown cosmic reasons...
The local learn to enjoy his mastery of the skateboard...
He skates everywhere... Moving about seamlessly... Doing tricks while in full motion on the board...
But one really notices that he appears to moving the board pumping back and forth like bouncing off some sort of wave... Without kicking the board, moving by thought... or tapping into some sort of energy force.
Except for the "Mysterious Spy" who works for some unknown agency across the street from the school yard where he practices...
And then the intrigue ensues..
Has he have the secret to endless reusable energy....

Album cover and Band Logo hand painted dungeree jackets were all the rage in his hometown in the 70s and early 80s time frame for movie.
