Chronoradiation is caused by time travelling. the technology itself doesn't cause chronoradiation.
Over exposure to chronoradiation can cause:

memory lapses
time lapses (you experience about 10 seconds of a past even). if the time lapses get too much then the body starts to age faster than usual resulting eventually in death.
 
Maybe to clear this up you should explain IN DETAIL what chronoradiation is and how it is caused.

Your definition says nothing actually, leading me to the conclusion that you have no clue what you are talking about, therefore, how can you disprove Siegmunds claims?

On average, are people taller from your time?

Does the internet help break Hollywood's 'monopoly' on information(tv, movies, pop. entertainment)?

Do you find the people of this time a lot less intelligent/evolved than you had imagined?

Are you able to communicate with others (your time) telepathically?

Are women eventually able to beat men in a long distance running race like a marathon?

no, we cannot talk telepathically. telepathy has not been proven in humans but still a few claim to have it.

on the same subject as telepathy (well not really), I got some weird news from home.

No actually all you said is that it comes from time travel, which is meaningless. Try again genius....WHAT IS CHRONORADIATION. Look up definitions on the other forms of radiation i.e. gamma, x-rays, etc. maybe you can think of something after that.
