I have had out-of-the-body experiences, and I assure you that other planes of materiality exist.

I had out of body experience but since this is a controversial topic I cannot really tell you for sure what causes it.

I do know and have experimented with lucid dreaming....

Being able to control your dreams and become aware that you are sleeping is one of the best experiences I ever had...you even come to realize while dreaming that there is naother world out there which is true the physical realm....but this should be a thread by itself anyways...
