Maybe it was someone else. Could have sworn it was him but I cannot for the life of me remember the details. Most of the time, I am misunderstood and when people get to know me, they finally understand. LOL. I've spoken to several authors, so I am getting them all confused.

I do have some esoterical views on both western / eastern astrology and their merits, but they are beyond the scope of discussions fit for TTI.

Thoughts on the spiritual side of time travel -- It gives you a greater appreciation for things such as:

  • Your higher power - (appreciation for glimpsing a fraction of their power)
     
  • Life - (appreciation for how short it is)
     
  • Death - (appreciation for its purpose)
     
  • Nature - (appreciation for its perfection)
     
  • Chaos - (appreciation for its imperfection)
     
  • Family / Friends (appreciation for those in your life)
     


For Carl Jung -- I'm familiar with his name and views on synchronicity, but I'm not deeply familiar with other works.

You'll have to excuse me for thinking your writing tone is too presumptuous, and that I owe you personally no proof.

I also am not here to save your future, as well as I have little care to interfere with established geopolitical events.

--I hope the above helps illustrate the point that your affirmation on whether I'm real or not does not matter.

As stated, my primary purpose for being here was to attend to an SOS. I have 7 members in my squad, all of whom fell out of communication with each other. No matter what timeline or deviation, if there's a TTI we can always find our ways back to each other. My mission is to locate the remaining 3, and then get us all out of here. Using TTI helps me accomplish that objective sooner than if I were to use other media.

I hope all of this helps you understand the things I value, and why you'll never see me dropping lottery numbers to appease strangers.

If you have any better questions regarding the nature of traveling in general, I'll gladly answer them!

Is this John Titor different than the one people most associate with time travel?
Also am I missing the proof that he's a Freemason (what was I supposed to be looking at as proof?) A logo alone is not indicitive.

This is the original John Titor a.k.a. Oliver Williams a.k.a. Mike from 2037". The only proof is the Freemason logo on his graphic. I think it is very indicitive as people who are not Freemasons don't normally use that logo to identify themselves. You can also see that John Titor is about 3 things. Engineering, Military and Hollywood. He also went to the South Dakota School of Mines and Engineering.

It's not unreasonable at all to want proof. Everyone should take each other with a grains of salt no matter what. That's best practice.

We can review each others postings and come to our own determinations, but irrefutable concrete evidence that some people sometimes ask for is not always possible. It's not much of a stretch to say it requires no small amount of faith.

Lets take the lotto test for example: "Tell me what lotto numbers will be pulled tomorrow" is fatally flawed. The predicted numbers would almost never be the same, due to chaos theory. It is possible to pull off, but true foreknowledge of lottery numbers indicates a different type of traveling (a very dangerous kind)

I may need to post an update in the near future about the best tests to use!

The way I see things, the secrets of Eternium are pretty much out in the open. I used to think that order ultimately wins, but really, reality tends towards disorder (chaos / entropy). It may seems counterintuitive, but entropy is natural. There is beauty in uncertainty.

Destiny? I believe in it. For my role? I'm sure there's something above my head going on that I don't understand, which is where faith comes in.

I would also say that one's purpose can change across time and space depending on circumstances. Prior to my most recent adventure I assumed I was finished & could retire...but things didn't work out that way.

Thank you for your reply. Interesting perspective. It is good to know someone like yourself can still incorporate an element of destiny to fulfill throughout the chaos and randomness. Although I am unsure what you mean by “Eternium”. Creativity is at the heart of my journey now. I am constantly looking for symbols that tell a story. I just so happened to name a recent work with Oz in the title, so I felt compelled to write to ask some questions. Coincidental timing? Is there something more to the alignment of art and time travel? Is there a frequency beauty can connect to those in the future? I like how you refer the TTI to a rudder. Were you able to find the rest of your team? Do they know you are looking for them? Travel safe!

Greetings Inferno,

There are always mysteries to be solved by science. I love cosmology, and at least in the near future we receive confirmation that we're riding along in just one of many universes in a vast multiverse. I don't have an answer for exactly HOW the big bang happened--just that it happened, and that ours is not particularly special. The Freemason in me is content with feeling the big bang is just a part of the Grand Architect's design.

Sorry for posting on this dead thread, I just had a though about dreamfaring. I think it might have something to do with moving your conscious to another timeline with little or no technological assistance. I know you said you wouldn't elaborate any further on this, so I'm not really expecting an answer. I'm just sharing my thoughts.

Why would you expose you're a time traveler while in this day and age you can be tracked on anything, in fact, why would you even go on this exact forum you should have a protocol in a place. like a wave transmitter that transmits @ current wavelength, only a TTI can receive. It should take you a week or 2 to get your fellow colleagues back.

Also about the different timelines frankly if you say something in this timeline you're you are affecting this timeline but your timeline will still be intact therefore if you told us about your time machine not only are you telling us how to make one or either how it works your timeline will never be affected but ours would. To everyone else, if you don't know how the timeline looks like a timeline is basically a tree it starts at the same spot but differentiates when moving forward different types of other lines that merge, unmerge.

Why TTI? Because it's the reliable gathering place & is super low tech. The squad did get back together as well ^_^

Why expose myself? Because all of this matters little within 8 years anyway.

You're also correct about actions taken here not impacting my original timeline. For the same reasons, my very presence here causes divergences from whatever other travelers (which there are many from my observations) have been planning / doing. I'll be here for the next few years at least. Even if I wasn't posting things people were afraid of others knowing, I'd still intermittently visit TTI because I like the conversations / people.

It's an existential problem...On one hand, in my home universe I'm a missing person to my friends / family. On the other hand, I still get to see them (a version of them at least) which brings me comfort. I do feel bad sometimes for the ones who probably still worry & will never receive closure. There'd be almost nothing I can do to get back to that worldline since we're so far deviated from when I grew up. Not that it's impossible--I just don't have anywhere near the tech or bearings to do it.

I always feel like instead of dwelling on that which is out of our control, it's best to live in the moment & be grateful for that which we have.
