Awwww someone is feeling a little cranky this morning. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif I am not sure what "since" I am missing from the good man, but it would appear the good man shorted you in the "use of punctuation properly" department,,,, and a little bit in the spelling department, but maybe it was typing skills. Hard to tell.

It would seem that the piss ant's worth of "since" that I gave you is wasting for naught. Rather than spitting as a distraught camel while inviting the many to go away why don't you just get up off your fat ass, start up your own BBS and invite some folks over?

The modest "since" that I, Goo-ooo-ROO the Great and Wonderful, by My Grace, loaned to you is sufficient for the task. You shouldn't have any problem attracting people to your site.

We are pleased with the thought...though somewhat dismayed with sister's misuse of her toolbox. Anyone with "a once of since" knows that is what one uses the lunchbox for after consuming its contents.

Happy New Year, Darby!

Here we are in the crossover from 2010 to 2011, and Titor has become so boring that I am not even having my annual "Titor Was BS" New Years Party.

I shall continue the tradition of medium-rare Mad Cow Burgers on the grill in the next hour, and I have completely forgotten how to make the blood orange (Sanguina) cocktail we had designated for the celebration. However, one tradition I cling to, to this day, is watching the Twilight Zone Marathon of episodes all night long.

It is a shame that we have fallen so low as to not celebrate the feast of the patron saint any longer.

As we cross from 2013 into 2014, I just had to go back and dig up this thread....mostly to amuse the (relatively) new folks here.

Here we are about to hit 2014, no US Civil War, no ending of the Olympics (and yes, they WILL go on in Sochi, even if they might be marred by a bit of terrorism in the general area...but just wait to see how little BS the Russians put up with!)

Happy New Year everyone. Don't be showing up to my place, because I stopped having the Titor is BS New Years parties many years ago! :-)

Happy New Year Rainman and fellow members! P.S. Now I've seen this thread, I'm gonna have to gradually work my way through it (especially as I have just read a couple of posts from somebody named "Cigman".) And one of my New Years resolutions was gonna be "less-time-spent-online", lol.

No, I have no girlfriend but I do have a wife, who is from south-east asia. I myself am from a buddhist background. This avatar (imo) perfectly encapsulates those oh-so-often moments of temptation we are faced with. It's nothing to do with tempations of the flesh (as the girl in the avatar could easily be replaced with something else). I have come to realise that these "temptations/cravings" are a part of the human nature and with meditation/prayer/reflection etc, they will eventually pass by. It's not always about avoiding these temptations but simply recognising them for what they are. Having said all that, I wish you a happy (and temptation free) 2014 :)

I have a similar approach to temptations, I do not avoid them but make a point of always giving in to them straight away :D
