i know there is a jonathan haber that lived in tampa florida and went to school there. all of my evidence for that is on the titor derailed thread.

i dont know if he is related in any way to haber. all i know is that he has the last name, and lives, or lived in the same town.

it is plausible that he is related to larry, and i decided to assume that he was related to larry based on the facts i know. if he didnt grow up in tampa, i would never have assumed.
 
i just dont see larry doing it. he is a smart guy, but not that smart. i can see richard doing it. as a matter of fact, i bet reactor and richard would make a helluva team.

Yesterday I asked Recall to butt out when he made the attempt to start a flame war on the thread by tossing an insult toward you. Now you toss a grenade at another member who has done nothing on this thread to deserve it.

Come on, Ruthless. Over a DOA 10 year old Internet hoax you're adking me how to best contact every member of Larry Haber's graduating law school class? What's the purpose of that? Does it even make common sense to randomly harass several dozen more people, all of whom are attorneys BTW, who have absolutely nothing to do with any of this? If you weren't a part of this or a like forum, had no particular interest in alt-sci silliness and received an inquiry from someone who sounds like an Internet nutcase asking you about a time travel story and basically accusing you, your friend and/or client of being a wannabe time traveler (and that's about how it would sound to 99% of the population) would you answer all the questions or would you, first, ignore them, second if it continued, tell them to go away and third, if they can't take a hint contact the FBI Internet Crime Division because you think that the nutcase might be dangerous? The vast majority of people would go the latter route.

i am half javier cortez, half rainmantime. does this bother me? why would it? should it? because it dont. these are my peers, so when someone calls me a watered down ray hudson, it really doesent bother me. especially since i want to someday follow in his footsteps.

how many times have i taken my time and my energy to try to resolve conflicts? why would i disrespect anyone, when i never do. if i thought recall took what i said to him seriously, i would never call him a 'bot. but thats just playful banter. cigsmokingman and i used to go 'round and 'round, but i never thought he was serious. it was just a playful game.

with that said, why did you attempt to change the subject?

I have 3 questions for Richard.

1. Why did Larry's po box have 'John R Haber' attached to it officially at one point? This is not a typo, it's an official record, you say a John Haber does not exist, well, it's either a real name or a psudonym, but it exists in black and white anyway.

2. Why did voyager (the italian tv show) assume you were this 'John R Haber'?

They are on record stating that your name is 'John Rick Haber'.

3. Why did voyager assume you flew in just for the titor interview and not larry's 50th b-day?

They are on record stating that you flew into florida just for the tv interview.

ok, if brandon haber is not a part of the titor experiment, how do you explain this?

i found this over a year ago, and i thought i posted it here, but i guess insomnia gets the best of me at times. it was extremely hard to re-find this. it seems as if it has been somehow omitted from googles results.

Wow, you guys sure are aggressive. Let me answer a few things, first.

I do not have any direct "information" relating to the Titor story, my father, or anything like that. He doesn\'t tell me much. HOWEVER, being his son, I can probably fill in other things that you might not have uncovered. For example, he got the John Titor book and showed it to me. It said in the opening cover, "Thanks for watching over us, Larry" and it was signed "John Titor\'s Mom". I think you guys got similar message. Nice, even, cursive writing - but the letters were irregular enough that it was not printed.

At any rate, no, I\'m not doing anything illegal, immoral, etc... but if you have any QUESTIONS, you think that a son of a lawyer might know... then feel free to ask them. I don\'t know what you want to know, nor what you already know, and all that other stuff.

Since you (or it might\'ve been someone else) posted that we were the first family in Celebration (which is correct), I assume you got that from a news article and it has our home address. Is that correct? Just a curiosity question.

Oh, and an FYI, Buzz is probably just a troublemaker. My father said that he probably isn\'t the one that did the radio show, because he wasn\'t connected to that project in any way. Of course, the reason he doesn\'t tell me much is because of client-lawyer confidientiality (which I understand) but I\'ve managed to pry a few things out.

Brandon was actually wrong in this assumption. Buzzmaker was the right guy, that is, the guy who produced the radio program promo. The August 2003 Internet blitz promoting The Book was made by JTFan using the email address [email protected]. It's the same email address that Buzzmaker used on Anomalies. He sent us seven copies of the promo on CD. The label reads: "The Tale of John Titor, Part I: The Grandfather Paradox, Copyright 2004 John Titor Foundation, LLC, [email protected]".

I still have my copy and I'm sure that Pamela, Rick Donaldson and Phil Fiord have theirs.

It's not a photo. I made a scan of the disc 2-3 minutes before I uploaded it to Photobucket and posted it. No problem for me if you happen to see a grand conspiracy in it all. It is what it is.

Frankly, I don't care what the Internet Fruitbats think. It is and always has been entertainent. It isn't national security and it surely isn't something that should rule anyone's life, give them pause for concern or cause them to pry into people's private lives. It's a game. That's all there is to this, my friend. If the JTF, whomever they might be other than Larry Haber (and it surely isn't me), makes a buck or two more power to them. But as a comment to society in general or some philosophical commentary of importance, give me a break. It's not worth losing sleep over. For the most part its nothing more than typical Internet prattle.

I do know, after almost ten years, that prying into people's lives - for most investigators its prying at random seeing if the spaghetti sticks to the wall - itsn't morally, ethically or legally the way to go. If someone has good evidence let them post it. If it's just another "Splat!" on the wall...forget about it. They haven't done any homework, don't know what they're talking about and have no clue about how to go about researching the facts. So far I haven't seen anything in the past six months that comes close to being "good evidence". I see this every time that someone comes up with the Grand Solution. Of course I have cards that I haven't played. I know facts that you don't know. It isn't a situation where they don't have the tools to find the same facts; it's a situation where you don't know how to read the tea leaves, follow-up and discover the facts for yourself. I do get tired of hearing in emails and/or IM/PM that I'm withholding information. Not my responsibility (unless there's some contract with The World In General that I'm not aware of) to divulge everything that I come across just because there's some poor damned twit out there that doesn't have the common sense to read the same tea leaves as I read. I'm not responsible for the laziness of others who want me to fill in the gaps that are out there. Stop whining, people.

Take the post in whatever light you see fit. As I said, I don't care one way or the other. It's not my life and it is surely not my wife.

Now, I can anticipate the response that I protest too loudly, thus attempting to give credence to the Conspiracy Theory. So be it.
