John Titor - some questions.

Dear all,
i'm a new user, an italian user, so excuse me in advance for my english.
I admite that i've know about John only in these few days, i never heard something about Titor.
I'm very interested in time travelling, i've study Einstein theory about.
I've read about John, and i've read his posts written on 2000 when his name was TimeTraveler_0 and then like John Titor in 2001.
So, i've some questions about.
I've read his general explanation about the engine, but no one have asked him about the method to choose the time destination and how the engine convert this user request.
For example John said that he had traveled in year 1975, but how has he input this information in the engine and in what format (01-01-1975) and what kind of process has started to convert this information in start and end of the travel trought the two singularity?
 
so, he hasn't told anybody, how the unit starts and stops the travel.
When he sets a date target on the pc unit, how does the computer get the current time position during travel? (and at what speed does the unit travel?) and what happen when the travel is end.
Titor are you out there?
In Italy on Monday evening at 21.00 pm for four times, a tv show named Voyager on Rai 2, will tell about John Titor, i think it could be very interesting
 
As I stated, it is better to read the original thread there given and read what he said, because it is more consistent than a bunch of taken jumbled-upped statement taken apart like with some other websites.

He stated that the gravity distortion time displacement unit travelled at 10 years / hour.

I do not know.
 
I have seen the television show about John Titor.
They have told about the posts written in this forum, and they have interviewed the webmaster of this forum.
They have told about Pamela his hypothetical girlfriend, and then they have took an investigator to found traces about Titor's Family.
The result of this investigation is......nothing, the only trace about John Titor is the Titor foundation.
The president is the lawyer (Larry Haber) of the hypothetical Titor's family and his brother Brandon Haber.

brandon is larry's son, not his brother.

i think that every thing appear to be a joke, the only thing sure in this story is that the real name of john titor is not john titor, because only a mad could put his family's name in a incredible situation like this one.
I think that JT should have to show more about his future (like video or other images) to be credible.
Instead we have four pages of a manual, four photos.....a lot of phrases about our future (not so good), and a mountains of doubts.

I don't know how Voyager described Larry Haber so I'll give you some background:

Larry is an entertainment industry lawyer. He helps filmmakers put together corporations and limited iability companies so that they can make movies. He's been a top corporate lawyer for Disney Corporation and Universal Studios and he's been the executive producer for one Hollywood film.

When the John Titor Foundation was first formed it's corporate address was the same as Larry Haber's law office address. The law office was located in a building in Celebration, Florida that housed a film studio, sound recording studio and graphical arts studio. Larry was also the attorney for the business, VISI Corp, that owned the three studios.

We know that the John Titor book and the John Titor radio program promotional CD were produced in those studios.

But the interesting connection is Celebration, Florida itself. Larry Haber was the first person to move into Celebration after Disney Corporation built the town next to Disney World.

Celebration was built by Disney Corporation be their vision of "tomorrow's" perfect little techno-village - an extension of Tomorrow Land in both Disney World and Disneyland. When they built the village they wired every building, house and apartment for the Internet.

John Titor, as "TimeTravel_0" made his first appearance on an Internet forum here at Time Travel Institute. We didn't know why he chose this site - and probably never would have figured it out.

In 2003 we learned about the John Titor Foundation. It's address in Celebration, Florida appeared on the Amazon ad for the book. When I saw the name of the town it sparked a vague memory because I had a feeling that I'd seen the name of the town somewhere before. After a little research I discovered that Celebration is located next to Disney World. It took a few weeks and then it hit me...I'd seen the name Celebration here.

At the bottom of each page on the forum there's a "Contact Us" hot link. It's no longer there, but back in 2003 there was an ad for "Magical Mouse" on that page. That linked to the site owner's Internet advertising agency page. The site owner here had several Disney webpage advertising accounts. There was also a hotlink to one of the "minor" Disney related webpages. The site was www.34747.net . "34747" is the postal ZIP code for Celebration, Florida. The owner of this site was the original web designer and System Administrator for Celeration's community website. He was also the Moderator for the community BBS forum. When I went to the "34747" website there was a hotlink to this site on Celebration's webpage.

So, why did John Titor choose this site for his first appearance? The answer is because he was a resident of Celebration and found the link to this site on their community website.

BTW: The owner of this site, Raul (MOP), isn't John Titor and he didn't play a role in the hoax. Also, the hotlink for "34747" is dead. The site was taken down a few years ago.

I forgot to add that we made the Larry Haber connection by researching Florida's Department of Corporations website for the corporate name "John Titor Foundation, LLC" (LLC - limited liability company). When we found the corporate filing it listed Lawrence (Larry) Haber, Esq. as the attorney and agent for the company.

I think that now it'll be difficult to find a real (if almost one is real) time traveler, after JT, a rain of time travelers has invaded the forums all over the net.
So, carry us evidence of real time travelling, the true is out there..., citing a phrase of x-files.
You can't tell us about ours future, ok, show us real photos and video about yours.
I don't want to know how to build a real time machine, but i'd like to know if is it possible to travel in past and in the future.
I'm very worried about the ignition of the LHC on this August, it appears like, we don't know what we are going to do but we do it equally.
When i listen to some words like try, and hope, speaking about the production of black hole with the LHC, i'm frightened.
They tell that an hypothetical black hole produced in the LHC, will be dissolved in 10^-42 secondi.....for the theory of the Hawking radiation.
So, they tell us that they haven't the tecnology to control the black hole, they only hope that in this time it will be destroyed...

Yes, Larry is an AOL account holder. And, yes, Titor used (another person's) AOL account to register on Art Bell's site ([email protected]).

I personally have no evidence, however, that indicates where Titor (or Larry for that matter) was located when he used his AOL access. Tracing an AOL account with an IP is basically useless because they all come back to Reston, VA and the IP's are dynamic.

I do have information from a reliable source indicating that Titor logged onto one of the sites that he posted on from Florida, New Jersey and California.

A couple of researchers have discovered specific information about the AOL account that Titor used but I still have an agreement with them that I will let them, rather than me, disclose whatever information they have when they are ready to do so.

one piece of evidence would be brandon habers correspondance with rick that rick put up on his site for everyone to see.

It's amazing how I went from Internet friend to girlfriend. I guess it causes more drama that way. He's a guy..Iam a girl.. so we must be boyfriend/girlfriend. :D lol
I didn't know they also investigated the John Titor Foundation. That must have been on another clip I had not seen. Thats kind of funny also. lol

I don't think alot of people even care anymore it has been so many years.
