I'm afraid that you don't "get it". Pro7 isn't offended at all by any of this. This game of cat-and-mouse is what he does on the Internet. His MO is to go onto a site, claim that the government won't let him patent this or that/confiscates his technology, and then proceeds to post a wild as*sed story. When he's called on his story he then says that:
a) his account was hacked - he didn't make the posts
b) the site admin edited his posts
c) he calls in a sock-puppet to defend him (Melchor "from Sweden", in our case; "Book 'em" Dan O on Randi)
d) he changes his name (several times) saying that his account was hacked (permutation of "a")
e) blames his daughter for hacking his account and posting for him (a really weird permutation of "a")
f) he says "I'm outta here" - and then doesn't leave
g) claims to be a super-duper secret agent who will track down all the members who don't agree with him
h) baffles the forum with his "secret" knowledge of anon proxy/IP masking
You don't really think that this is the first time that he's done this, do you?
Why don't you stop "bullying" him and let him play his game by the rules that he, not we, chose? He may be a not-too-tightly-wrapped fruitbat with a few screws loose but at least he's fodder for "entertainment". Instead of whining about it why don't you choose up a side in his online game and play along with it?

Hence, the fakery you have attempted to pass-off with the above could NOT be mine, as I am only a MOD on TT Discussions (as is clear if you look at the main page).
Second, as you have found, you can NOT make a post look precisely like the MOD Edit note that shows up on any post that I do modify (such as the one from timetravelroomie on the TT Discussions board). And besides that, your attempt to pass it off shows your lack of attention to detail. If you check the edit I did on timetravelroomie's post, you will see it includes a date AND time stamp for when the mod occurred. The fact that this stamp appears at the END of the modified post, and your silly attempt does not, should be another clue to savvy people.
