Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Media

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

You can read about his real plans here:

I think Raz has still successfully Razzed you. For nowhere in this article do I read anything close to your words, which were:

Bush's next plan for space which he announced within a couple days of the election...

Bush announced no such thing within days of the election. Select your propaganda a bit more closely.

How some visualize the stock market working, in reference to animal figures, is one fully vested bull, trying to mount another fully vested bull and have this union make sense to all who see it?

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

Sorry should have posted some other stuff from the same website, forgot to cut and paste oops. A little further down the page is this post in reply to the post by steve about the tanks.

Police State? "No Tanks!"

I believe that this is the FIRST time tanks have been deployed against peaceful demonstrators in Los Angeles... this sharp escalation, so obviously meant to suppress free speech, may also be a precedent for the entire country. There was absolutely no reason or excuse to deploy tanks against a law abiding crowd... except to INTIMIDATE the populace.

Someone posting as 'Steve' dismissed the incident, saying it was part of a "West Los Angeles Veterans Administration Veterans Day Parade". Excuse me but... the demonstration was held on Nov. 9th, Veterans Day is Nov. 11th. 'Steve' also noted that "LAPD officers said they had no idea why the two armored vehicles had appeared and then disappeared." Do you really think the LAPD would be clueless about TANKS rolling down Westwood Blvd.? Someone else posted that there was a "hostage incident at the Mexican consulate earlier that SAME day"... well then, why not post tanks in front of EVERY government building or foreign consulate in LA?, come on... TANKS were deployed in front of an antiwar demonstration and you dummies are making up excuses!

Those tanks were parked there for one reason only... to show you whose 'boss' and what's in store for you if you step out of line.

Yes, you live in a 'free' country where you may exercise your 'rights' to freedom of assembly and freedom of speech... but you must first face tanks to do so! How many American citizens will be brave enough to claim their rights in the face of such force?

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

I think I'm going to let you two duke it out as you see fit. As for me, I choose to believe the end of the world as we know it now is near. Not that I am scared, I am just watching the events unfold as they are and gee whiz. I gotta tell some of those old boys from years long ago got it down to a science. Looking forward to seeing George Washington's vision at Valley Forge come to pass because we as a nation cannot see the forest for the trees any longer. This has been fun, but now it's time to move on. John Titor, if you are real, could you please pop up someplace else and let us know?

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

As a side note; It seems the story keeps changing. Two heavy tanks became two strike vehicles. Then two tanks, or strike vehicles, changed from two to only one.

What would have been a believable story would be if the armored vehicles owned by the L.A.P.D. had showed up. They do have some used for drug raids and such. But, it is hard to mistake them for military vehicles since the L.A.P.D.'s vehicles are painted black with the letters of the police department painted in white on them.

Also, this isnt really a first. The Riverside Police Department used to have a Huey helicopter with .50 caliber machine gun mounts on it parked at a local airbase. This was back in the 80's. Never heard of it being used for anything, but I had seen it on the tarmack at the airfield.

Always wondered what they needed that for..

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

Just seen the film of the tanks, if they wandered accidently into a war protest it would have been a good idea to move on really. They were just sat there, almost as if they were enjoying it!
In the UK we would have had this as top news, considering that the UK's news is more independant of the government than it is in the USA.
I can only say that if this really was a couple tanks keeping tabs on the protestors or something, then the USA is in more trouble than at first thought.

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

O.K., finally got the movie to run. I owe you an apology glugglug . It does look as though those two vehicles were present. It also looks like the guys on/in the "tanks" were fairly bewildered.
I would go with the account of them wandering into the protest by mistake.

Sitting at a traffic light right next to the protesters doesn't look like they are there to intimidate the "small" group that had gathered to chant "bring the troops home now"!

Now, if they had been across the street and had been training their guns on the protesters, then that would have been more of a demonstration of power. The group that was protesting seemed to have more control over the situation than the guys in the vehicles. The whole thing wasnt even violent in any way.

The protestors also did move when requested to do so by the police. The incident wasnt that big of a deal, since the guys & girls I know in the law enforcement community didnt even hear of the incident.

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

Eh, the protesters kept trying to block the vehicles. I am sure that they just didn't want to run over somebody. The thing that was funny was the car horn from a frustrated driver(s) of the cars trying to pass the thing. Also that car waiting to make a right turn, I think his horn is one of the honkers.

Traffic in L.A. sucks, the last thing you want to have is a group of people blocking the roadway and vehicles you cant bumb out of the way.

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

One of the guys in the tank was using his radio a lot, now I couldn't see any of the police going up to the tanks and telling them where to go etc.
But it strikes me as pretty stupid to just sit there for an age and not move off further down the street and ask someone else how to get to such and such. And if they got lost in LA, then its no wonder the wrong people keep getting bombed in Iraq!
Also it seemed like the camera man was being told to get back on to the sidewalk all the time. Plenty of room for the tank guys to move off.
Again, this is something that would just not happen in the UK, for one, our guys know how to read a map, and two, our guys aren't stupid when they see an anti-war protest to go on in with their camo's flying and park next door!
You sure they weren't national guard? :-)

Just a side note, I just taken a look at my ip number above, its changed again! Why oh why?

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

for one, our guys know how to read a map

Los Angeles is a BIG city and the streets in that area are pretty confusing. The buildings prevent seeing any real landmarks and sometimes even the most seasoned drivers end up on an unwanted street. I don't even know if it is possible to explain how the city is laid out.

And for an idea of how big L.A. is...a satellite photo...

losangelescoast.jpg

And I dont think they fit all of it in the photo.

Watching the video actually is quite funny, ...soldiers lost in L.A. asking directions from anti-war protesters.

Seems kind of ironic though, yelling to bring our troops home and when they show up, screaming at them to go away...

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

It was a time slip caused by the Iluminati who not only want to control this time line but all time lines.

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

I find your post ironic Lorval.

The Vietnam war was a war that had dropped tremendous amount of ordinance on Southeast Asian country.

After while, I think people just plain got scared, at the proportions of what was happening.

These were everyday people.

Maybe in some way, war has become outmoded?

Maybe years ago, it was this way, only some did not see it?

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

On what Uri Geller saw:

I think what Geller saw, was the emotional wave in the disturbance of social equilibrium, of the Palestinian state.

These people are Semitic and so is the Jewish national.

Again, there is this strange note of irony, of Semites killing and injuring Semites.

If you look at what is under the block at Mecca, it's a giant black meteoroid, which one of the profits Mohammed, thought God had place there, directly.

All these people surrounding this giant rock from space and bow and pray towards it. Doesn't this either tell you or add up to something, to your thinking?

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

Here I went to all the trouble to post the picture of L.A. , and none of you even noticed me standing in the street waving up to the satellite when the photo was taken. I am the guy standing next to the Green Buick.

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

I was wondering who that guy was!

If you look really closely in the bottom left corner of the picture, you can see me catching a wave just off Huntington Beach. I'm the one in the red trunks.

Thought you might have been the guy at The Wedge in the blue shorts. Oh well, I was close though.
This might suprise you...any of these mean anything to you, Ray?

Hole-in-the-Fence, Trestles, T-Street...?

Re: Violent Protests not covered by Mainstream Med

Yeah, man!

I've really been surprised by all these violent protests we have had down here in the Orange County beach cities! Things have been getting SO out of hand ever since the elections... that I actually saw litter on the streets in THREE different cities in south OC yesterday! In one case, I witnessed the event in realTIME, as a rabid, terrorist-liberal hurled that Carls Jr. giant-sized plastic cup out of their car while screaming the popular anti-Bush mantra "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa OoooooooooooooooooooH MAMA!"

Maybe JT was real, and was right!?!?!? Maybe I am going to have to hunker-down here in SoCal while all this violence runs rampant! Gee....I am scared. This is the kinda stuff that can easily lead to...... CIVIL WAR!
