I don't really get it though. The picture I think is from 2008.There are thousands of telescopes all over the world you could not hide something for long really. Well, I am going to bed. Goodnight TT8 hope this is what you wanted to talk about.

Sky longitude is generally given in hours and minutes ( e,g 5hrs, 43 minutes, 26 seconds ) and not degrees.

Aside from that, the entire 'hidden black square' story is such a load of nonsense, and yet another example of how supremely gullible people are.

From something as simple and straightforward as a missing picture ( the original was simply corrupted ), people manage to contrive fancy and bizzare stories. Black holes, Planet X, the arrival of 'New Jerusalem'...etc, etc.

Well....I will tell you all a secret. Really it is Dave Kinky's timeship Zodiac, caught on camera by the Hubble telescope. As there was considerable naughtiness going on with the Lizard beings from the planet Xen at the time, Google decide to cover up the voluptuous Xenian bodies in the interests of decency.
