No not at all. I suppose that if you wanted to make the warp large enough you could. However, I don't plan to make it that large. It wil only be big enough to step into. Think about the worm hole effect. Gravity can't escape because masss is created by the wormhole. It would be in effect creating gravity. This would in turn warp space and time. The key is knowing how to direct the energy so that you utilize the shortest distance between the jumping off point. This is why I have three power sources.

How can one creat or generate enough energy in a small restricted area with the resources we have today? And what are the three power sources you are relating too?

I understand if you can't specifically answer this, but the jet engine you made... Was this at all related to the 'Electric Rocket' technology that was supposedly patented by Mobil?

If one was to go near the speed of light, in a spaceship of some sort then one would be near infinite speed which in turn would be also be near infinite mass and according to Einsteins theory of relativity wouldnt that effect the the 4th dimension (spacetime) by causing huge warpiture or curvature which in theory could accidently take you either into the past or future.

What you said is true. Since at the speed of light your mass has changed also. Mass has a direct affect on gravity, you could be sent in either diection without some way to control it.
That is why light speed has its own distinct problems that need mastered in order to use it for time travel.
I have avoided these problems with the warp approach. A warp can be created using current technology. It is possible using my method to create mass with energy, with the proper control and energy sources it will allow a somewhat accurate predictor of time and location. After it is tested and fine tuned, it will be as simple as setting the controls. Light speed will not be needed.
