Thanks so much Cosmo! The play on words inherent in the title -- slipping in physical reality and slipping in time -- provided the impetus for the story.

Intriguing story line! I'd be interested to see how the strong Eros component resonates with readers who identify as female and/ or nonbinary. I think my favorite line was this great metaphor - "ricocheting mirrors of memory". That really seemed to set a different flavor of time travel in my imagination. I think the story deserves development! And maybe even some promotional consideration from a certain bottled water company ?
