Re: Question about Titor for those there from the.

No, I didn't copyright the posts. The TOS is pretty specific about that.

No I meant did you copyright some of the words and expressions Titor used? I thought I had read that you intended to do that, in case anyone were to write a book.

Well, someone apparently did, so what came of that?

Also, this is for anybody. Lets say the real "titor" and whoever was behind him DID come forward, and was able to convince everyone without any doubt that he was indeed the person posing themselves as Titor. He could verify the cities he posted from and the proxy service he used, so the IP's match, he could verify Pam's song and other things of that nature-then what?

Would y'all expect an apology? An explanation may be in order, but what do you think the consequences would be? I would say that at this point, it would have to be fear preventing the truth from coming out. Yet just in thinking of human nature, it seems unusual that seven years later, no one really knows who this person was! People are willing to lie to claim the Titor fame, its curious to me why they DONT.

Personally, I predict that in the future there will be college courses on Internet Psycology 101. This would make a GREAT study for that. Hmmm maybe I should change my scholastic goals and get a psyche degree, and START that class LOL

The John Titor Foundation copyrighted the book (backdated to 2001) in 2003. The copyright included Titor's posts, diagrams and photos. Our posts were paraphrased in the book. THe "special" edition of the book - the one you could buy directrly from the JTF rather than on Amazon, included more diagrams. Buzzmaker, the guy who produced the radio program demo for the JTF, told us that the book team invented the additional diagrams on the spot in the studio.
