NOTE TO JOHN TITOR'S MOM:

Re: word of advice

Oh I fully agree...just thought I would add two cents.

In reality...I have been reading many of her posts for a long, long time.
I really do hope she finds that video or at least gets John's message to
her. I think she, of all people deserves that.

But thanks Transient. You definately are a good (cyber)soul. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Re: word of advice

Temporal traveler,
we have a station here
called "the fish" that plays all positive music. I listen to that a lot.
I also like some country,
some classical but mostly just the popular songs of the time.
I also like Yanni and composers like that.

The University (in my area) station sometimes has some cool songs on it.
I flip through stations a lot. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I dont like heavy metal
or songs with rotten lyrics.

Right now there is a song called "baby boy" by Beyonce. I like alot! The most hillarious thing is everytime I hear that song it reminds me of John.
I dont know why. If he knew he would die laughing!! :D LOLOL

Volume one and two are pretty good.

What kind of music do you like?

Re: word of advice

Sorry Global, it just seems like every john-a-be in here says they were john's best friend. i didn't want to see a respected member of the time travel research community like Pamela tricked. I like all music classical, rock and roll, hip hop, bluegrass. I just got done being dressed like Santa now i'm going to play in an oldies band at the Moose lodge in Claremount New Hampshire. My main band is called Planet twenty two. That is mostly instrumental heady timetravel music. I've got a real time travel band going on called Pat Panang where I would record the Bass with my friend mike on drums and then go back to add layers of other instruments. it is like time travel because you have to imagine yourself in the earlier timeline in order to jam along with the tracks from the past. i also have some Hip hop raps, mostly about the government and time travel. my Rap name is Old Mad DRagon.
You should check it out, it is great music to listen to while you are spending endless hours on the computer talking to faceless strangers. there is a link on my Alas Babylon site to it for streaming audio:

Temporal Travelor's Alas, Babylon Page

I've got some songs up, i'm working on a progect now called ECONOCANK that will have about 144 hours of original music on it up 24/7 for free download/stream. As soon as i get organized here I'm going to start sending out my 1300 song demo to the record companies as my first album.
"Here is my first album, call if you want to buy the second."
Do you think this will work?

Re: word of advice

I'd like to hear your song about time travel.
I went to the web site but didnt see any songs like that.

Re: word of advice

i'M HAVING SOME MAJOR COMPUTER TROUBLE RIGHT NOW BUT i'LL TRY TO GET IT FIXED UP SO THINGS ARE EASIER TO FIND. Sorry about the caps.

My greatest hit goes like this:

Today I'll clean my Time Machine,
It's a good Idea to keep it clean,
Shinyest coat you've ever seen,
Polished to a reflective gleem,
If any dust gets in the dials
It'll create frowns out of old smiles.
I may be gone for quite awhile,
Maybe travel many miles.

And it's too bad, they've chosen this post for me.
In a futre with only ghosts to see.

And I'll ask them many questions,
above all i won't forget to mention,
Maybe we can change our mind,
Alternate course I hope to find,
If I get the Information,
find out what's wrong with our civilization,
I'll come back before I left,
Know on which Numbers to place our Bet,
If it works this time around,
then you will never hear this sound,
If you hear it anyway,
go out and have a great last day.

Today I'll clean my time machine it's agood idea to keep it clean,
Shinyest coat you've ever seen, polished to a reflective gleem,
If any dust gets in the dials it'll turn frowns out of old smiles,I may be gone for quit awhile, maybe travel many miles.

I'll get this uploaded asap. I played in my oldies band on saterday. I'm the youngest in the band by about 25 years. The lead guy Jerry Dee is the foremost Elvis impersonator on the east coast.
We talks a lot about time travel, and traveling back in time when he introduces the songs.
When we were in "the green room" one time in the alley outside he said, "Can a man stop time?"

I thought it was interesting because last year when we were playing "silver bells" it seemed to me it took about a half hour even though it is a short song. it made me think a lot about the Minds role in the perseption of time and time travel. Have you ever had an experience with the slowing down of time in your mind's eye?

Re: NOTE TO JOHN TITOR\'S MOM:

Just wondering what you thought of the thread posted "the truth about John Titor" where they identify the "time machine" from a couple sources as a 1960's era toxic gas and radiation detection unit used in fallout shelters?. Don't get me wrong - Titor's transcripts have been the most entertaining reading I've had in a while and I admire is philisophical take on the direction American culture is going, but when I saw that, well, party's over. So why are people still talking about John like it was real?

Thanks,

Feast.

Re: NOTE TO JOHN TITOR\'S MOM:

They identified the gieger counter (clear, simple and not disputed), but the machine itself? Speculation. Someone said they think it might be that device. It is still unidentified to this day.
