Yes, I am still in the process of listening to the full show. Between FT work and my 2 year old, finding quiet time is difficult. I usually have to wait until late to listen.

I would just make a suggestion: "bleat" as in "bleat out" sounds much like "tweet' as in "tweet out" to my followers. So, if "tweet" was the only word heard, Hoagland might well have been saying "bleat".
