Hey folks- I am from 2047. Been here several months and it's time to add a footnote to my visit.

My foremost experience from being here is how much of our existence is spent doing utterly nothing! This site, for example, is a catchall for kooks these days- imagine the freedom to post something and have it automatically post! Yellow jam sunrise butter! There- I said it!

But don't worry. You folks are all headed in the right direction. There is no boogeyman behind the walls, there is nothing to fear but fear itself... it's all in your head, nothing to worry about.

But I am amazed at HOW MUCH is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE that you are totally ignorant to! There is so much stuff right in front of you face that you are just simply unaware of, because you are blinded by so much disinformation!

I will be online for less than a month. Line up those Q&A's.

2. What power systems are you using?
3. How does society in 2047 feel about missing out on Social Security?

Yes, I came through on Branson's Marvelous Machine.

Coming here is a one way trip. We get strip searched upon entry to the facility, we're only allowed to bring gold bars back with us.

Ford Japan is doing rather well, they make some killer motorcycles- Ghost Rider type stuff. Exxon is still putting along, Halliburton is another Enron.

Darby was making a joke. Of course the OP assumed that one would think of Hillary Clinton when he said "ask Hillary". But Darby was having a bit of fun and referring to Edmund Hillary, the first man to scale Mt. Everest.

I thought that it was a "cute" joke considering that Hillary - The Hillary - made reference to having been upon her birth named for the famous Sir Edmund Hillary before he was famous.


There were probably "snippers" in and around her birth while she was being named for Edmund Hillary. (Am I cool or what? Not!)
 
after reading that post, i thought i had been warped to a timeline where hillary clinton had been dead for three months, and that she was a man! :eek:

not really, i just figured it'd be funny lol. i knew you had something up your sleeve


i remember reading about sir edmund hillary, and i dont think it was for climbing mount everest. but for the life of me i cant remember what it was.

btw, and this is off topic, but, anyone who climbs that mountain and makes it back with their life more than impresses me. it inspires me. maybe one day i will have that same determination.

You claim that our future is what Titorian/Titorian45/Bransonian have described. Since you have time machine, are you aware about other timelines or there is just one timeline and no other posibilities?

What about space travel? Have humans been on Mars before 2047?

What about alien life? Do you still have debate or there is proof about visitors from other worlds?

Yes and no. There is only one timeline but it can be altered. I know it is a contradiction but it makes sense.

Yes and the blueberries are a form of protolife.

We received information from space. The technology to hear space is similar to time travel. We discover that we can tune in to gravity fields like say, another galaxy and amplify that wave and zip towards it. It's possible to go across the galaxy but the galaxy is so gosh darn big.

One observation I have- I noticed you people today aren't as keen to alternate energies as I believed you were in these times.

Darby- can you put the controversy to rest a post a picture of yourself and why not?
