Ahhh! the reference here is that today "TPTB" will add one second +0.01 to the oficial time

You're right, IERS added one second to 2008. You'll say "3...2...1...ehm...1...0!!" /ttiforum/images/graemlins/yum.gif
Earth is slowing(tides and other natural events). Yah... /ttiforum/images/graemlins/devil.gif

I come from 2010 in a time machine. Model 7400n, it's the first time machine. My timeline is just alike yours, but it's little more than one year forward.
