Hey Cosmo! I'm glad to be back. Every now and then I have checked in over the years.
I've come to know I'm part of USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Programs) with the organization that had initially contacted me in 2007. By the way, it isn't a hoax and isn't made up. This is all based on true events and I apologize to everyone for any confusion otherwise. The reason being at the time is that the agent who had contacted me said, "I must have placed my trust down the wrong avenues." As they had come to know I posted about it on TTI seeking answers about C204. That wasn't the end of our contact but won't get into further detail about it because I want to respect their choice of contacting me and that they trusted me to make that decision. I won't ever tell anyone who they are. Just that they are a strong, real, and reliable source.
The training I had underwent was what is best described by former Cmd Srgnt Robert "Bob" Dean (sadly he had passed away January 23, 2014):
"They use a form of subliminal education."
I know and understand what Bob was speaking of and referring to. As I had lived and experienced subliminal education of the secret space program for the past 3.5 years gradually and intensely. Over the past 17 years since 2007, I observed the night skies for countless nights for UFOs and had spotted UFO activity on regular occasion while living at my grandparents in the countryside. I had numerous close encounters with UFO phenomenon and had been subtly made aware that I was being studied because of my interactions with the UFO (UAP) phenomena.
Several years ago, I was made aware that a four letter alphabet agency was in the area doing training for their fellow agents. I was part of their training as a sort of sub-training took place. They were directly training a new agent how to do psychic Remote-Viewing (C-RV) for intelligence gathering. I was part of their training as they had subtly instructed me how to become a successful RV'r. People like myself in these positions are called, "[four letter acronym] Stand Ins".
As a result of my indirect involvement with such training with Canada's national security intelligence organization but with no official record of such training, I've become a successful Remote-Viewer of both C-RV and E-RV. My level of experience spans to the point of viewing license plates on vehicles, but haven't factored in the controlled aspect of targeting a specific vehicle. The golden rule I follow as per procedure and policy is: 1. Protocol 2. Practice 3. Talent. In that order. Meaning, I have not found a special interest in doing controlled targeting based on principles but, have the capability of targeting a broad range locations such as the moon, Mars, city traffic, and the exterior of buildings for architectural interest.
So much has happened the last 3.5 years that a form of subliminal education took place. I can best explain it as being a USAP and that we're psychic intuitive communicators for the secret space program. I personally had the opportunity of seeing a classified NATO ID card that we call a "Chevron".
That is what it primarily looks like. Do a search on Google for "Area 15" Las Vegas and you will see that their main entrance dawns the chevron. I didn't know about Area 15 as an amusement organization until much later, a few years later. I made about 12 handmade books depicting the chevron on the front cover. It was an ID in my home that a few friends had brought in one night and showed me. Won't get into further detail, just that I found it very interesting because I knew something involved the secret space program.
On December 18, 2021, I received a rapid series of images or data streaming into my mind. I had my eyes closed while laying down when it happened. Watch this 2 minute clip of Neo in The Matrix learning Kung-Fu (Jiu-Jitsu) from such a technology:

Nothing was attached to me but what I believe to be a satellite uplink to my cerebral cortex. It felt like a rush and that I had been pinned down feeling like I was being rapidly fed knowledge. It lasted a few minutes to five minutes with the last image being a Windows NT desktop with the default wallpaper.

John Titor wasn't mentioned other than "C204" to me. Recently, I'm reading all the original posts John had made and I'm coming to better understand everything. Over the past 17 years, I haven't read into detail John Titor's story and claims. Now I'm finding it of great importance to know everything about it because of my new understanding. I just hope mentioning my research and studies on here doesn't upset anyone that really knows me and my true involvement with the secret space program. So I'll be careful with what I talk about but feel this deserves some form of update because of just how exciting it is to finally know more.
John Titor mentioned that there are 10 units like his (C204) and 20 larger units (C206). I believe what I was told in 2007 is true. A special operations unit from 2034 or 2036 is somehow involved with me. The technology is somehow involved because I experience from time to time, a temporal divergence factor.
For example, I recorded hours of live streaming for when people acknowledged me as a CSIS stand in and where I had successfully recorded their acknowledgement to me. When the event ended, the live stream recording was only a few seconds. The video was cut short, appears like a glitch. There's another worldline that is much like ours but is a percentage different. That world is a world where we are directly acknowledged as being telepathic intuitive communicators. Although, it is frowned upon and is customary not to acknowledge it directly, but subtly.
Such a capability is interwoven throughout communities and people. It's a normal every day thing! That's what's astounding! In our world, we're not telepathic. I had lived in that world that's divergent from our own and let me tell you. I had to adapt and become desensitized during the training program to their customs and procedures. I've become well-trained and if I ever find myself there, I'll remember everything and continue my duties. I will try to collect proof of such for when I seamlessly return to this world of origin. That's right! I understand what John Titor was talking about! I didn't think much of it at all over the years until I have come to have personal experience with temporal divergence!
As a remote-viewer and a USAP, my eyes are capable of AR (augmented reality). Long story short, I can see with my eyes closed and blindfolded. Objects and my arms and hands appear as glowing static snow. I saw a device attached to my right hand, a silver box, that I believe to be a miniaturized C204 in some other dimension. In theory, our military or the future military has discovered the dimension from which extraterrestrials reside and travel.
They've somehow attached the instrument to myself, but I can't physically see it in this dimension. I theorize that's what's been causing temporal divergence from time to time. That or it's an extraterrestrial related matter. For in fact, I know UFO/UAPs exist and that I had seen an extraterrestrial apparition in full flesh. It had pink/magenta pigmentation and looked very similar to Whitley Strieber's Communion (1989) alien. It was seen holding onto me with its long arms and hands overtop of my own as I sat in triage at the time.
If I mentioned Ellen in 2007 (I will check the forum after making this post as a memory refresher), I've come to know why!
The west wing of the hospital triage for when I saw the extraterrestrial apparition (named Ben), has a sign that says, "Allan Blair Cancer Research Center". I noticed that sign 17 years later! In my early 30s!
"Something happens in your early 30s that isolates you."
"When the time comes you will understand."
"Just walk away from her when it happens. Remember my words."
It's true. I think the agent was referring to the extraterrestrial sighting I had as I sat in triage. Just west of triage is that sign. I got up and walked away to another room, the being disappeared from sight.
It happened! I'm so very grateful and appreciative of being part of something so interesting! I will back you up any day and I will handle my experience and story with great responsibility... This is what the extraterrestrial looked like. It had overgrown black nails or claws, suggesting it had been there for a very long time. It's not yet known whether or not this being is attached and holding onto me in their dimension or if it's at the triage. Theories are being formulated as to the who, what, when, where, why, and how's of the extraterrestrial matter and UAP/UFO matter.
There is one of my books I've made featuring the secret chevron. I made this a few years ago.
There is a newspaper I was featured in. The investigative journalist substantiated a witness (friend) and I with having an encounter with three golden lights in the sky over a farmer's field outside of Moose Jaw, SK, Canada. No air traffic was flown at the time. The news agency was shut down after 125 years of service one week later after this was published... One could say, a local Roswell event and coverup... I don't know.
