Changing the way we think of time travel

I think it a matter of benevolence.

More evolved beings wouldn't want to interfere but for divine intervention. And, while a handful of our contemporaries wreak havoc on the globe, they more wreak devastation upon themselves for, as worlds resonate at their own frequencies, applicable to men are both "the secrets of the universe 1" and "the gift of mental power 2" in realizing paradise.

Supposedly by their synchronizing the frequencies of the two hemispheres of the brain, entraining brainwaves, "creativity, intuition, and a tendency towards extrasensory perception all increased dramatically."
