I think it a matter of benevolence.

More evolved beings wouldn't want to interfere but for divine intervention. And, while a handful of our contemporaries wreak havoc on the globe, they more wreak devastation upon themselves for, as worlds resonate at their own frequencies, applicable to men are both "the secrets of the universe 1" and "the gift of mental power 2" in realizing paradise.

Fatigue caused my mention of frequencies to be awkwardly worded. On the subject of "Resonant Frequencies and the Human Brain,"

I quote the above author in connection with Robert Monroe (the founder of The Monroe Institute, which was "initially designed to determine the feasibility of learning during sleep), because dreams were mentioned herein and are the subject of another thread:

Monroe claims that,"by experimenting with the effects of sonic frequencies on the brain, [he] successfully isolated a little-known state of awareness which was totally separated from the physical body. The research team called it an Out-of-Body Experience or OBE a term which has since become a generic description for many unexplainable mind states" (OBEs, aka astral projections, are a possible outcome--punny, no?-- of lucid dreaming). Supposedly by their synchronizing the frequencies of the two hemispheres of the brain, entraining brainwaves, "creativity, intuition, and a tendency towards extrasensory perception all increased dramatically."
