If not here then China?? Yea, China would be the right place for this. I seriously doubt it would be allowed here, just for ethical reasons, let alone the medical impossibility of success, at this time. There is no way he could hope to reconnect the spinal cord. As mentioned in this story, if this guy could do as he claims, why not use it for paralyzed patients instead of trying to remove and reattach some poor guy's frigging head??

 
The patient has some illness and he is completely volunteering. I think it's kind of sick. I'm doubting the man will survive. How do they connect ALL the nerves? How can they guarantee that every organ will be controlled as it should? It's stuff right out of a horror movie. I'm thinking of Frankenstein.
