Why Time Travelers Might Mess With Things

John Thomas

Temporal Navigator
Imagine you and I are reading a book together.
I already read the ending and so I know what's going to happen.
I'm quite bored with the book.
But I'm watching you enjoy life as it unfolds not knowing what will be.
Then we get to a part of the story where everybody dies young and it abruptly ends.
If that happens, we can't get to the part of the story where I come in.
So I notice this and I write additions to the story in the margins.
Then we get to a part of the story where you have to continue to write it to finish the story.
I'm guiding your thoughts and in many cases your writing hand.
I've got to do this in order to continue our story.

I agree....the deviation is present. However, it is still at negligible levels. What worries me most is the synchronization. I fear someone might be trying to create a causal loop. Temporal lines can be watched as they deviate, and one can actually predict the birth of an entire new timeline; however causal loops just pop right in your face without a hint. If another mirror events occur, we must encaret'har lom. I hope we dont have to. Let the light of God have Mercy on the heroes of yesterday.

I only know the loops because no one has been really talking about how to change the timeline. They keep talking about loops and not change for the better. I can help, but if you only talk about loops and not change for the better then that's all you get is loops.

Somebody is changing our story Transient001. This isn't the way it is supposed to end.
It is me and yet...no one believes in me, so why should you help me if you don't give a crap about me?

That is a ridiculous argument, for several reasons. 1. There is no way to know for sure what is going to happen, even if you have a good idea of the 'trend', it is still not possible to predict every single outcome (quantum principle holds true here, even for a 'time traveller') 2. The term 'time traveller' is in error, but may be used casually as a way to partially define the experience. 3. It has been shown, through experiment, that minute details do in fact 'change', or, the brain is perceiving them as slightly different, upon return. There is currently no way to know for sure if this is a change in reality, or simply a change of perception within the brain. In either case, however, it is nearly certain that some type of change has occurred, be it outside perceptive reality, or actually a part of true, observed reality. This is another problem with 'time travel', wherein, it can never be proven that such has occurred. Although, to the observer, it appears as if 'time travel' has certainly occurred (which may be true, or which may be an altered perception). Third party observational experience has been attempted, but in each case, very slight differences are observed upon return, therefore, it is most likely that 'time travel' is in fact a type of movement between quantum realities. Evidence based on collected artifacts, at this point at least, is the strongest actual 'proof' that 'time travel' is indeed occurring during the experimental process. Of note: Chemically-generated photographs (traditional photography) demonstrate no visual artifacts, or quantum variances based on photon shift; however, digital photos collected during experiment demonstrate numerous visual distortions. It is theorized at the current point, that digital photography displays distortional artifacts as a direct result of the quantum effects upon photons acting upon the digital media. The mechanism of such is not yet understood.

Exactly Thomas.....sometime ago I wrote a thread about who the future changes the present changes the future, how the future changes the past and how the past changes the present and viceversa. Its all connected. The future changes us as much as the past does...its just that we dont see the future as we see the past. Its like a one way mirror for us.

Just a one way mirror for us?
