why time travel is possible

Ithink it coudl happen and is happening because if some one ever built a time machien they wouldent tell the government because they would realise that the govt would take there device from them. So many people are traveling in time. Both futuer people and people from the past. But they dont announce there travels to the world because there is no reason for it. It would cause nothing more than problems for them.
 
Maybe... No body knows, probably Bill Gate is one of them, who change his past and become the richest man in the world now. It is sad that we don't have the opportunity to travel in time just because people who invented time machine are reluctant to get themselve into a trouble. If not, I will be able to change my past too, not for money, but to stop myself from mistake I made.
