Should TTI have an official Chatroom?
 
We should definitely have an IRC chat room. at least until they setup some sort of Java chatroom here. that is the one thing I enjoyed about the timetravelforum.net website, they had a very nice chatroom layout. simple and to the point, fully configurable.
 
Well I have set it up. It is in the mIRC server "ChatSpike" and the chatroom is #tti. This is only temporary, untill they oficially create one, unless they want to keep using this one. COME JOIN!
 
Hey, well if any of you use IRC, a channel that regularly has people chatting about John Titor, (when I bring it up and when he's on the radio show anyway) Is on...

EFnet --- just check the server list EFnet is the most popular one from what I've seen.

The most common free program to run IRC is mIRC: http://mirc.com/

A few good things about IRC, it's old school, fast, not slow like java.

I wouldn't mind TTI having their own java chatroom, might take a minute to load but I'd be sitting in there All Day Long.... It may be possible to have this setup off site (one of us hosts the Java chatroom for bandwidth reasons) and then Linked on the TTI boards.

I would be more than happy to set this up or help anyone, if anyone would truly enjoy a chatroom????
