It is a drawing of a clock face, with some numerals missing and spelling variations...
And though we could rotate the image, its presented 90 degrees off center.

i missing from "Pin Point the Time !"
s is missing from phrase "X Marks the spot !!"
t is possibly presented as a cross in "for time and space !!!"
# instead of M in "for time and space !!!"

Also - this was a second revision - It was originally in pencil, and then traced/modified with wax pen.
(I was originally gonna say - well its art for school!)
