WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHT\'S about john titor...?

hello, i was just wondering what everyone's thought's are on the john titor story, I just would like to here some people's thought's on this and why/why not they believe this story...

I believe that the best way to look at it is that it is a warning. I think that it was presented and that we should all watch out for it. If it does, then we are ready. If it doesn't, so what? Better than being unprepared I'd say.

Right now I'm leaning more on to his side.

To be honest, I don't believe his story. It all seems very improbable. I must admit that the stories do interest me.

My thoughts are that it is either an incredibly well researched, and executed hoax, or JT is/was/will be the real thing.

I see absolutely no definitive proof in either direction. There are a lot of people that sayc 'of course its fake, time travel is impossible' and use that as their closing statement. Then there are others with physics way beyond mine, who tell us that the principles are actually sound, and that there is a possibility that he just might be the real deal.

Now if its fake, and a hell of a good story, I am a little surprised that no-one has actually published any definitive proof, expecially after all of this time, I am also a little surprised that there has been no sign of JT posting here, or anywhere else, even under a different name. His style is fairly easy to recognise, and I tend to feel that any hoaxer would eventually blow his/her cover, because of the sheer impact that the story has had.

So that then leaves the 'JT's story is true' idea. This would mean that in the next few years we are going to continue to advance our knowledge to such an extent that we are going to find a number of answers to currently un-answerable questions, and the universe is never going to look the same again.

So, really I sit on the fence, observing, but also looking for arguements, and clues to authenticate, or finally call the story out.

You do realize, I am sure, that this could come to pass regardless of whether The John Titor Project/Experiment (what I refer to it as) was "real" or "hoax"? In other words, there are many people from our past that have predicted massive changes in how we view the universe, and set them as happening in the next few years. You could start with "Kryon" channelings (kryon.com), as he/she/it has had a pretty good track record of predictions. And then there is the whole Timewave Zero prediction by Terrence McKenna. And let's not forget those Mayans.... they've been around for a long time with their predictions of the "end of the baktun cycle" in 2012. And they were the most accurate astronomers we know of!

Put on your "suspend my disbelief" shades, and hang on for what promises to be a VERY cool ride.... Cool, that is, if you can adapt to rapid changes, rapidly. What we THOUGHT the universe was all about is about to undergo some hefty changes.

I can't believe one would think that pulling a hoax like that would be so impossible. I think because of the sheer nature of the amount of attention received that coming out for this guy would be a nightmare. I think he did his hoax and just sat back and watched what people had to say and after his fame built up so much he knew that letting on or giving any clues would form a nightmare for him. Haven't you ever done something you regretted and never spoke of again or am I the only person to have done something like that?
