Volunteering in the Jungle considered time travel?

I am about to go and volunteer in the jungles of Ecuador and I wanted to know if this was considered time travel?

I am going to Puyo, Ecuador to this volunteer opportunity and since it is basically like going back to the stone age, is this kinda like going back in time or time traveling?

I really wanna time travel!

That's awesome that you're volunteering! Whatever you're doing, thank you for doing it.

I agree with @PaulaJedi - It's not really time travel... You'll maybe have similar culture shock in going there and coming back if that's what you're asking.

Need screenshot. I've seen quite a wide variety of ads displayed! While I click on some here and there to support the site, I refuse to click on the middle-aged dating site ads... Light bulb ad is big today.
