Virtual Quantum Entanglement Across Time

Back in May I recieved an odd voicemail consisting of binary clicks from a dial up modem. I would like to assemble a team to build a virtual quantum lattice with the ability to recieve data from 6 hours in the future via virtual quantum entanglement.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how we can lock a particle quantum state so that the particle continues to react in the past to modification in the present/ future?

What is your recommendation for an experimental proof of concept?

I'm thinking 3 options here:

#1 Gravity Manipulation of Space/Time

#2 Superconducting materials quantum states near absolute zero

#3 Virtual simulation via quantum computing

I was thinking we could increase the mass of a single particle to virtually infinite via electron / magnetic bombardment to increase its Gravity, which is essentially the Z field compression "pinching" presently occurring in Z machine type nuclear fusion experiments, which is exactly what John said.
