   We are not super social people who go other places so this needs to be a place that we are comfortable in and have enough room to have privacy, hobby space, etc.

   When the kids are older, I do not want the house like it is now. I want everything to have a place and not have clutter all of the time and be able to do this without fighting all the time. This will be easier when kids are older. 
    
    
   

[*]Outside space for gardening and whatever else we decide we want to do (chickens, etc.) 

[*]Place to store the RV properly to help with aging and deterioration during storage.
