Two time dilations

If two objects move with different speeds, and you can observe them, then yes, you will be seeing two different time speeds for the two objects. In order, however to notice the difference, the speeds for them has to be extremely different, which will make your observation hard. One of the objects will rush infront of you with a ner to the light speed, and the other will crawl like a snail.

 
The same - you will see one of them like a single - colored circle, because of its high speed, and the other will be a snail, moving in circle :)

P.S. if you connect them both in a single block, then they both will start moving with the same speed, and there will be no time difference.

 
I just conducted an experiment of your premise with two identical box fans I have. I set them on a table in line and observed them facing the blades. Here are my results:

Both fans spinning in the same direction;

Slower fan behind faster fan... Strobe effect noticeable. No time dilation apparent.

Slower in front... Strobe effect more noticeable. Still no apparent time dilation.

Fans spinning in opposite directions;

same results... No time dilation observable.

I realize there are limitations to the experiment on "this level" but, all that was observed was the strobe effect of the spinning blades. If you are using a solid surface, you would be unable to observe the opposite surface except in a side-on position. I still can't see where you are going with this.

 
Time dilation always is diferent. Simply you can't detect it, because it is extremely small. You need super high speeds for at least one of the fans, and atomic clocks attached on the blades of each fan :) (which is hard for me to imagine it) in order to register the difference.

 
I don't disagree with you seivtcho. I just don't see how a time dilation of any significance can be achieved on a level that would be useful.

 
People need to start thinking outside the box when it comes to time dilation.
The language you use to describe your contraptions is vague and imprecise. We have been over this before many times when you were time tunnel. Until you learn how to speak the language of mathematics, and draw the free body diagrams of your contraptions, and then derive the equations of motion from them, your descriptions will always be imprecise and people will not truly understand what you are trying to say.
