Travel to the future !!

Temporal Novice
Okay so i have said this in a different thread already, but i will do it here again.

Personally i do not believe in time traveling, or time travelling emails back in time. But it actually is possible to send an email to the future.

There is a website called www.futureme.org on which you can send an email to yourself. Or actually to anyone in the future.

So my thought is some people on here must be having the email adress of this famous time traveller called zeshua

And that those people should send an email to her and date it on 2025 or 2026 . I forgot wich year she said shes from. In this email you should ask her to let us know she received this email on any particular date like by example the 25th of september this year (2014) so in 4 days from now.

I only have one small problem with my solid as a rock plan and that is that you have to verify the email adress you used on futureme.org .

So im hoping someone who has a little bit knowledge about pc's and mailing etc. Will help me in this thread to find a way to send zeshua a mail in 2026 .

And prove for all that it is fake bullshit, and that you cant travel time.

Sorry for my bad english i am from the netherlands.

Let's suppose an email is generated and sent. How would that disprove time travel?
Yes you are right about that . It will not prove time travel is fake. But it wont prove its real either . Only if you actually get a reply on a specific date it will.

That wont work because of "Tom Foolery". There is overwhelming evidence to suggest Zeshua is AKA Peter Novak.

Personally i think all of the self-claimed time travellers are fake . And that in fact anyone could pretend to be one. Also im not trying to make a fool out of anybody here and their beliefs. Because who knows for sure whats possible and whats not. So when i called it bullshit i might have went a little too far , apologies for that.
But i still think my idea isnt that bad and it could be a way to get in contact , IF there was such a thing as emailing back in time . I hope you agree on that atleast

No one to date has gotten away with pretending to be a time traveler. And so far all claimants have been shown to be imposters.

Emailing an email to anyone in the future can't be considered time travel. And the email only goes one way. The technology to send a reply from the future would be pure speculation. And if you did get a reply, would you even consider it to be real?

Assuming you knew Zeshua's e-mail and also assuming it would still be working at the chosen future date, you'd still have to require him/her/it to maybe come back and post something specific here. But, even then, we don't know who is on the other end of the website ready to play hoax with people.

Incidentally, I have family in NL. :)

I know that einstein . I have the feeling that you shouldnt even want to know your future . Or even the future of the world.

Because you will probably try to change things and probably even make them worse. Also when you will know exactly when a new world war would start it would most likely scare you. I think most of the predictions said it will happen in 2015 , so we will see about that soon i guess...

I actually never thought about time travelling untill i randomly typed it into google. And i saw an article about someone named Scott and ended up here making this thread.

As for your question if i would be convinced about it when i would get a reply. I think probably not. But i wouldnt see it happening either

And for PaulaJedi , jow you described it that was actually how i had this plan in mind. But i might have used a little more words for it. And nice that u have some relatives here. Where exactly in Holland are they from?[DOUBLEPOST=1411420256,1411419812][/DOUBLEPOST]Oh and p.s. i know sending an email to the future is not time travelling, the title of this thread shouldnt be taken too serious. Its more like a delayed letter laying around in the post office and being posted in 2025 lol

I think, that future me works with a bot. Every day some computer somewhere turns on, checks the date, and sends all emails for this date. It actually is not that hard to be done, if you are a programmer. Or even there may even exist a mail client, that sends emails on a speciphic date.

Yeah so if somebody would know how to create such thing. It would be possible to e-mail someone in 2025 right ? But it will depend on how long things like hotmail, yahoo, gmail will still exist. In 2025 they may have all been replaced with other devices .its pretty fun to get a mail from the past tho i did it once myself. Sent a mail and got it 2 years later while i already forgot about it

Yup :) I know how to make such a bot. If some of the email providers, and the future me exist in the future or not is another thing.

Wargames in the 1980's was AI in Hollywood. Broderick. Im Army. We train via war-games. On Internet you can search REFORGER in 2020. Don't search for it during the Cold War or you will cause a time quake.
