Well ok here is the thing. According to all the literature that I have read..if you were to go back in time, you cannot interact with anyone or anything. Premise: you pick up a pen, no big deal eh,or is it? That pen might have been used by a man or woman to write a document of unprecedented importance, it becomes a Bill and is passed, as a result the country changes. Now because he or she couldn't find it where he/she left it, his or her off the cuff idea of writing it is postponed and say he or she never gets around to writing it, and voia la! you have your result. Now you go back in time to find the government not your government and indeed your neighborhood changed because that bill that might have changed the zoning laws of the area you lived in. It reminds me of an old twilight zone where a future company has a retial business of taking people back in time to shoot dinosaurs that were on the verge of death anyway, hence no impact. But during his hunt a gentleman steps off the ramp and crushes a butterfly, he scrapes it off and gets back in the ship. When he returns to the future, germany has control of the US and we nover won the war. Far fetched..yes..unlikely..well of course..but it makes you stop and think about cause and effect. /ttiforum/images/graemlins/confused.gif
