Transitory lunar atmosphere?

Is it possible that transitory pockets of oxygen rich atmosphere, approaching 15 psi Earth standard pressure sometimes occur on the Moon, possibly in some of the deeper craters or calderas?
There is some evidence of astronauts operating freely in such conditions. This video may be adduced as part of that evidence.
As to its veracity, that is something that has still to be subjected to research. It looks shockingly close to the truth.....

Yeah, that video has me believing. It's pretty self-evident that there are pockets of "air" on the moon. At first I wasn't sure because the astronaut suits looked fake, but after hearing the sound travel through the atmosphere, it's become clear that this video is real.
