Titor's telling can't happen, here's why.

Titor\'s telling can\'t happen, here\'s why.

The reason Titor's telling of the future, the way he predicted can't happen, is that by a person coming from the future, going to the past in order to warn them of impending disaster, are the following reasons.

One no matter if Titor came from this timeline or not, he varaites the past by warning of events to come and therefore changes his own timeline.

So by actually being from the future, coming to the past and making himself known, changes his own eventuality, by changing his said family structure.

These changes are anything and Titor might have ended very shortly in this timeline by the future Titor coming back to this timeline.

Remember' Pamela Moore who was one of the chief contacts for said Titor contact in this timeline, said that at first Titor was not from this timeline, but another. Then Pamela recants later, by saying that all the Titor sayings were from this timeline, which can't be, if Titor used other timelines in order to get to the past.

This appearance is known as attempting to direct the present day circumstances and is not a view held by myself alone.

I don't really reply to Titor threads by heres a quick one for you;

If Pamela moore really did make those two different statements, then its plain to see that the whole thing is standing on no legs at all. Linear timelines and dimensional timelines are so seperate that you couldn't confuse the two. Its just not possible.

Re: Titor\'s telling can\'t happen, here\'s why.

No I think the Titor story is pretty clear that he is from a different worldline and the changes he makes affect our worldline alone. The Titor character speaks like someone who grew up with time machine being as common as microwave ovens, to the point where they can brush of any worldline contamination because they think they understand how it works. I would bet people in Titors worldline would protest and say that it's wrong to contaminate other worldlines, and the miliary would say "thanks for your comment" and they would do it anyways. I don't think Titor commented on timeline's ever merging back.

Creedo replies, if this is the case, then Titor had committed willful timeline contamination.

This does not make any sense, as I do believe by the articles that I have read on the appearances of time cops, to intercept those who did not use their time machines, properly, that this act of said Titor's, would have been an arrestable offence.

Pamela Moore as a confederate of John Titor, would already be behind bars, for attempted timeline contamination.

I can't express, how a dire offence this would be, if the Titor case is true.

Re: Titor\'s telling can\'t happen, here\'s why.

he mentioned in his posts that he wouldn't be changing anything by coming here. no matter what he said or predicted, people still do what they would've done w/out him. people are still going to be the fat lazy slobs he described us as, and the government is going to wage war if that's what they feel like. although some people know of him -- like everyone here at this forum -- the majority of the population has never heard of john titor. are we changing our ways to prevent his predictions from coming true? i don't think so. even the a lot of people at this forum think he's fake, so they're not going to listen to his warnings. and another thing -- john titor also said that he didn't come here to change what happened, because he knows it will happen; he just came to open our minds.

Re: Titor\'s telling can\'t happen, here\'s why.

i thought in his posts he said that it wasn't unusual to time travel, and it was part of his job or something. . . . i don't remember exactly what he said.

I would agree. I don't think it's fair to contaminate timelines. Over the years though, its possible the people who control this technology would think that as long as the time traveller followed some rules, that they can justify or minimize the contamination somehow. So John Titors boss will brainwash the guy into putting aside any conflicting morals to get the job done. "Cmon John, soliders are ordered to kill people, your just going to get a computer". The more things change the more they stay the same. *shrug*

The story said many times that the tech was not accurate enough to hit the same timeline twice. After he left the odds of him getting back were infinate. So I don't think the time-cops in his timeline would have been able to find him.

OK, but this should not be surprising when one considers the way people willfully contaminate (pollute) the dimensions of space. I keep telling you that Time, and Space, and Mass are all interchangeable. You are free not to believe it, but the evidence is there.

Creedo answers>I never disagreed with you on this point at all Rainman.
My concern was differing realms in time travel, at times have certain densities and therefore certain handling characteristics.
Other factors, affect entry into those times.
Quit making me out to be a total stooge, when Im not.
Your really screwing the Hell out of the friendship you made with me, over what, ego wars?

Grow up a little would you baby?

Creedo answers>Then the Titor tale is totally worthless junk and we should tell you, the horse you rode in here on and Titor to go (delete) yourselves and find somewhere else to peddle your trash.

The garbage you telling us making everyone edgegy about a civil war, is not a good think to do.

Why don't you buy a London Fog Raincoat and go down to the local skin theater, place your derby over you lap and enjoy seeing Helen scream with delight.

We don't need or want this crap here and as for Pamela Moore, she can go find other ways to make money in Ohio by the use of ice-cube trays, as said on the web special about her.

We don't want it here, it's garbage.

Re: Titor\'s telling can\'t happen, here\'s why.

i like that john titor made us all "edgy" with the civil war threat. i'm excited. i can't wait. i hope we all die soon.
