Check old NASA files on a test they did a few years ago. NASA put a atomic-clock into a basic orbitor. The orbitor traveled in a set pattern around Earth, slowly building up its speed, and returned to show that the atomic-clock was infact showing indication that time can be slowed down. It's clock was behind the time it should have been at.
