I just looked at that news on yahoo... Hard to say if it's a hoax or not because of the incomplete information we have on it.
If he were really a time-traveler like he says... He wouldnt have acted a stupid way like that. He said: "It was just too tempting to resist". He's telling us he used a extremely advanced technologie from our future to come to us and play "games" for fun ? This could show how serious we'll be in 200 years...
