Time traveler? Alien? Multi dimensional being?

I wonder: Could a window reflection show up on camera? I'm a believer, but as I've said before, I like to rule things out if at all possible.

 
I suppose so. Some cameras have a protective glass shield over the lens. Those kind of cameras would be prone to picking up reflective images.

 
You could easily duplicate this you know. Take a movie of something thru a plate glass window at about 45 degrees. On the inside objects moving around behind the camera will reflect off the plate glass and superimpose on your recorded movie.

 
If the police department released the full resolution color video, it would be easier to tell. It's common practice to degrade surveillance videos before releasing them to the media and the public. They don't want criminals to know how capable their systems really are.

So, we're not 100% sure that it's even legit at this point.

 
What would be the Police's motive for faking this? In fact, why even show and tell the video at all. They could be at a loss for an explanation and would like other people's views.

True. I'm just throwing out all possibilities. If I were to investigate, I'd want confirmation that he was alone in the building.

 
And he's not making any money off this on the sly. Also a background check to make sure he's not a secret gambler or drug addict, or about to fall into bankruptcy. Like a Miss Marple Quest.

 
I wasn't implying he was faking. Sometimes things can be misinterpreted as paranormal. It's just how I think - I see something, and I want to try to eliminate all possible scenarios.
