I am having an idea about the universe on the basis of which i have
evaluated some conclusions.One of them tells about time travel.I have no
idea of where to send it.Please show me the direction by sending me a mail.

It always amazes me that people who read popularized books and such go shouting out that they have a theory about the universe that scientists have not been smart enough to realize or see yet. Himanshu, what is your background in science?

Logic,

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and a background in science is not necessary for a resonable and often argumentative point of view and theory. Especially in time travel, little knowledge is required to understand why and why not it is and isn't possible.
