Time Travel is possible. But not how you probably think.
I will be posting my theory over several posts. I am nobody in particular meaning I’m not a scientist, a pastor, or even a great mind. This is my theory, please bear with me and post your ideas on this theory. I am not infallible. This situation of time travel should have all kinds of ideas put to it.
First
You must understand the role of God in our existence. He is our existence. The beginning of time is when God created it. Deny it if you wish we all have choices in our belief system and we will all find out one day. Anyway that is when time was created, with heaven and earth the beginning, you may call it the “Big Bang†if you want. The words In the beginning are there, the beginning of what? The beginning of time.
Quantum Theory
From an article by Jim Holt on MSN.com here is the best brief explanation of Quantum theory that I can find, “Quantum theory says that nature is discrete, so the visible universe we inhabit is characterized by a finite amount of information; if space is infinite, this informational pattern is bound to repeat at vast enough distances.â€
So if Quantum theory is correct more “earths†exists with the same information pattern that we have. And if this informational pattern repeats at different distance intervals then we in theory could use Quantum physics to calculate the probability of our informational pattern repeating in space.
I’ll stop here and give you a good link on Quantum mathematics that explains probability in a little bit more detail, and I’ll post part 2 within the next week which will go into time travel.
