I just wonder why are there a time cop?? I also wonder why are these time cop trying to stop you from traveling though time??? what is the reason for?? also I have one thing to say...I think they work for the goverment and tell the people that this is going to be a timeline that goverment want this way. peroid.

Time guards are people that enforce the time law. which means no one is allowed to go back in time without the goverment's permission because they could change history.

If a government never had time guards then they would be incompetant because then anybody could go back and change something.


If the government wanted the time guards to change time then they would be stupid because after they change something a completely new government could be voted in or the leader may never have existed.
 
So does a Time Cop accompany the person travelling in time, or how are they stopped from blabbing about things to come? /ttiforum/images/graemlins/confused.gif
 
It is time guard.

If a person is allowed by the government to go back in time then they will have to have atleast one time guard with them.

If they go back without the government's permission then a team of time guards goes back to bring them back to the present before they cause damage to the time line because if they haven't got permission they are most likely terrorists
 
so they go back unaccompanied then? How do the Time Cops know if they are saying or doing things they shouldn't be? /ttiforum/images/graemlins/confused.gif * this is fascinating*
 
they go back and just get the criminals and bring them back. They aren't supposed to do anything else.

If they are seen then they wipe the memory of that incident from the mind of that certain person

yes you are regarded as a criminal if you try and change the past. do you think they are a criminal?


They have a machine that can wipe memory. They either use the one that looks like a gun or they strap you down and use a tiny machine that erases it

But what happens if the person goes back and say plants a bomb, then the time gaurd takes him back and the bomb is left there? Even if it's not armed it would still birng new technoligy into our world?
 
What if your time cop/guard is corrupt?! Who actually checks the integrity of your guard? And yours too for that matter.

If you really wanted to break the "time laws" for some reason, what would stop you from killing your guard, for example?
 
Time travel leaves chrono radiation that goes back 40 seconds before the time travel. Satellites in my time detect it and an alarm is raised at time guard headquarters. The satellites also detect when and where they are going because the chrono radiation goes where and when they are too.
If they sent a bomb then the bomb would have residual chronoradiation which the time guards can detect. The time guards also take the bomb back and make it harmless (not necessarily in that order).



Time guards are the elite of the police and when they join up go through lots of security checks including psychiatric checks and truth tests. They also have follow up tests every 6 months.


Nothing would stop me from killing my time guard except he is much stronger and faster than me. He probably could snap my neck within a second.
I have also went through the psychiatric and truth tests and so have others that are allowed by the government to travel through time.

The usual configurations noted so far, are government-like men in dark suits, reptoid aliens with time belts and Grays stiles alien time cops.

These types of time cops might be specified to another realm?

I'm looking for serious answers to these ones...

If a time traveller illegally went back in time with a hamburger from your future, ate it while in our time and then went to the bathroom, would the time guard have to hunt for the faeces?

What if the traveller swallowed a lunarium bomb(I'm sure those things would be quite small, based on your description of how lunarium rocket propulsion works) and then once again, went to the bathroom. Such an explosion, anywhere would cause devastation.

What if a time traveller came back with a few killer bees? You have trouble in your own time with these things, how would a time guard stop them in our time?

faeces would do no harm because there isn't a high liklihood of you getting anything scientific out of it.

I think the time guard would stop the traveller before he detonated the bomb.


The killer bees from my time are just the same as the killer bees from this time.
 
To those wondering if these "time guards" abuse their power... there are new pictures on the internet of Time guards abusing their detainees by dressing them up with bags on their heads and having them pose nude in a humiliating fashion while one bull dike of a guard points at their private parts while smiling ear to ear... those time guards have no class
 
Nature would make sure that it would not affect the past, you can only do what is intended for you to do. If, perhaps, you were supposed to go into the past and put that technology there, then it was supposed to happen, otherwise it would not. You can only alter history the way history wants you to. Russian physicists and philosophers debated on this for quite some time.

You say you can bend natures will, but you really can't.
Ex: Nature will stop you from walking up walls. You just can't do it.

Oh yeah, and for the hitler remark a while back, that was a really stupid thing to say. Someone with little understanding of the topic would say something like that, and thats the problem with most people these days, learn what you're talking about before you say it. That is why there are people around who deny the holocaust (And I know your remark may have had nothing to do with it, but look towards the end of the war, and relations of the holocaust, and the German/Polish people, and tell me he was well loved), they do this because they don't know, and they just choose to believe in ignorance. Because sometimes, ignorance reallyt is bliss, if you're not man enough to stand up to the past then just keep quiet about it.
 
Nature does not have a mind of it's own and cannot stop events.

We can make technology to counter nature so we can walk up walls.
