I was reading the bottom of this website and I found the words: "The contents of this page are entirely fictional." What the hell is this?!!? Please explain.
It means there is no "Time Travel Institute" whose job it is to travel in time. And certainly no such thing as "Vampire Penguins" (though wouldn't it be cool?). The ideas presented are sound, valid ideas. But there is no building at the top of a hill where a mad scientist is currently working to construct a time machine.
