This timeline is unique if there were multiple timelines.

In my timeline heaven allows ten things in order to defeat hell:

1. Little children laughing and playing
2. People working together to build a house in Africa.
3. Waterlines being built penny by penny in eastern Asia.
4. Teachers teaching toddlers the vowels.
5. A caretaker's embrace at his children.
6. Sunrise.
7. The Ocean's waves breaking sonorously at the beach.
8. A rainy day with a cup of tea over one of the beautiful landscapes of Ireland
9. Sharing a biscuit with a stranger
10. Jellybabies

As you can see...it is the little things that make up for the great good ones. Oh yes...I know very, very, very well that evil lurks out there, but it will never rule anything. As I stand only goodness prevails. Nietzche once said, He he looks at darkness beware for darkness looks back. Nietzche forgot to say that when darkness looks back it pales away as it sees how many goodmen are looking. To put it in "Galyfreian" terms, Demons run when a good man goes to war!"

From your knowledge in timelines, was there any deployment of nuclear weapons to Pakistan/India through time travel technology by governments in the future?

When the Rishi City of Mohenjodaro was excavated by archeologists in the last century, they found skeletons just lying in the streets, some of them holding hands, as if some great doom had suddenly overtaken them. These skeletons are among the most radioactive ever found, on a par with those found at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Ancient cities whose brick and stone walls have literally been vitrified, that is-fused together, can be found in India, Ireland, Scotland, France, Turkey and other places. There is no logical explanation for the vitrification of stone forts and cities, except from an atomic blast. Furthermore, at Mohenjo-Daro, a well planned city laid on a grid, with a plumbing system superior to those used in Pakistan and India today, the streets were littered with "black lumps of glass." These globs of glass were discovered to be clay pots that had melted under intense heat!

Many archeological sites are riddled with enigmas as tge one you present.The Gobi desert is another place where radiation peeks up as well some places in South America and even Alaska. About being the result of a time travel war I wouldnt dare say, it looks more like advance technologies and that is a great pissibility. In the Vimanashaktra an ancient book it relates as visitors came down aed eath rays at the popolation. The same occurs on the Enuma Elish, and both sources are centuries and thousand of miles apart.
